A. Program Period

The program is valid from 17 November 2020 until 31 December 2025 (Program Period).

B. Program Terms and Conditions.

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Program is applicable for payment transactions using all Danamon Visa Credit Cards (Cards).
  3. A discount worth 8% (eight percent) applies for hotel bookings and payments on Agoda, without any minimum transaction.
  4. The booking period is valid from 17 November 2020 to 31 December 2025, while the period of stay is valid until 31 December 2026.
  5. During the Program Period, cardholders can avail of more than one discount.
  6. The Program applies only for bookings performed via the agoda.com/visaid.
  7. The Program is valid only for participating hotels with the corresponding label “Promotion Eligible” or “Promotion” which are indicated on the search results page of the Agoda website.
  8. The Program does not apply to direct payment transactions at the hotel.
  9. Room availability, blackout dates, reservation cancellations/changes and other conditions follow and comply with Agoda and the respective hotel’s prevailing policies. For details of these conditions, please contact Agoda and/or the chosen participating hotel directly.
  10. The Program applies to Rupiah currency transactions and excludes applicable fees and charges (taxes and services).
  11. The Program cannot be converted into cash nor combined with other programs/promotions.
  12. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  13. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.

B. Program Terms and Conditions.

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. This Program is applicable for payment transactions using all Danamon Visa Credit Cards (Cards).
  3. This Program offers a cashback of 6% (six percent) to 10% (ten percent) for hotel booking and payments on Booking.com.
  4. Bookings must be performed on the Booking.com/VisaID website through the following steps:
    1. Register or login to your Booking.com account.
    2. Select your desired accommodation and fill in the date of stay and room type to view the rates and estimated cashback value.
    3. Perform the transaction using an appropriate Danamon Visa Credit Card (which has been activated for online/e-commerce transactions).
  5. Bookings done through the Booking.com app are not eligible for this promotion.
  6. Cancelled bookings or failure to check in (no show) are not eligible for this Program.
  7. Cashback will be issued at least 67 (sixty seven) working days after the Cardholder checks out from his/her booked accommodation. To view cashback status, Cardholders can click on the “Rewards & Wallet” section on Booking.com.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the Card based on the data recorded in the “Rewards & Wallet” section of Booking.com. To access this section, visit the website and click Profile > Rewards & Wallet.
  9. Accommodations which do not accept credit card payments are not eligible to participate in this Program.
  10. Room availability, blackout dates, reservation cancellations/changes and other conditions follow and comply with Booking.com and the respective accommodation’s prevailing policies.   1. Matters not mentioned above will refer to the program terms and conditions set by Visa and each merchant. The products and/or services in the Program are entirely the responsibility of the respective Program merchants, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding products and/or services, please contact the corresponding merchant directly.
  2. Other terms and conditions related to products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder.
  3. These Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services" and "General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership".
  4. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to correct/amend/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. For this purpose, Bank Danamon will notify Cardholders within a reasonable period of time or as stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations through its branch offices and/or through other communication media according to the latest data recorded at Bank Danamon.
  5. In case of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, general terms and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from its notification of the change through the Bank’s available communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume his/her agreement to these changes in the event that he/she fails to submit objections within that period. If the Cardholder disagrees with these changes, he/she has the right to close the Account and/or Service by first settling all his/her outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel his/her participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  7. All transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  8. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions or issuance of rewards to the Cardholder.
  9. Cardholders and/or cardholder representatives can submit verbal or written complaints regarding banking transactions/services through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  11. The Program General Terms and Conditions follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  12. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.

Beware of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
