A. Deskripsi Program
The General Terms and Conditions of the Special Offers on Booking.com Program (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions that apply to customers who participate in the Special Offers on Booking.com Program (“Program”) organized by Visa (“Organizer”).
Program Participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period
Program period starting from 1 May 2025 up to 31 December 2027 (“Periode Program”).
C.
Participant Criteria
The program applies for card holders with criteria below:

Valid for credit card holder of Danamon Visa Infinite (“Card”),

The Card must be active, have no outstanding balances, and the card must not be blocked.

The program also applies to Danamon Bank employees.
hereinafter referred to as “Program Participants”.

Program Terms & Conditions

Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The bank has the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if the Program participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.

The program applies with the following conditions:

Reservations can be made through the website www.booking.com/visaid
-
Valid for the booking and stay period until December 31, 2027.

The program is not refundable or transferable.

The program cannot be combined with other programs.

Cardholders who fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive Wallet credits of up to 10% of the value of hotel bookings during the program period.

Visa has the right to cancel the Cardholder's participation and/or the awarding of prizes/rewards for the Program if the Cardholder does not fulfill and/or violates the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Other terms and conditions related to cards and products and/or services from Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Cardholders and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Visa Credit Card. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to improve/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of such changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have agreed to the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within that time period. If the Cardholder does not agree to the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Cardholder's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

The Cardholder declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

If there is a report of indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, or give a prize to the Cardholder concerned.

Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee program.

Program Participant Complaints

Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

Other Provisions

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Banking Accounts and Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk and the General Terms and Conditions for Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions for Credit Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/add to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the Bank's communication channels. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participants have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the Bank notifies them through the Bank's communication channels. Program Participants agree that they are deemed to have agreed to such changes if they do not submit an objection within that time period. If a Program Participant does not agree to these changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first fulfilling all of their obligations to the Bank (if any).

Program Participants declare that there have been no and will not be any transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.

If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions inconsistent with laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel their participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Program Participant. Program Participants are still required to pay all their obligations to the Bank (if any).

If any irregularities are discovered regarding this Program or if they suspect fraud has occurred, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
