SAVE IDR 100,000 for Blibli New Users

The General Terms and Conditions of Save IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand rupiah) Program for Blibli New Users (General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in save IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah) program for Blibli New Users (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon with merchant partner Blibli.

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program is implemented from 1 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders of the following cards: Danamon Mastercard® Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, and JCB logos, except for Danamon Corporate Credit Cards (“Danamon Cards”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with Cardholders' participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Discount of IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR 150,000.00 (one hundred and fifty thousand Rupiah) on the Blibli application channel (Android and iOS) (blib.li/danamon-new).
    2. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period from 00:01 WIB to 23:59 WIB.
    3. The program is only valid for new users (who do not have a Blibli account or who already have a Blibli account but have never made a purchase).
    4. The Program is valid with a total of 2,000 (two thousand) transaction quotas with promo code: DANAMON-NEW during the Program Period.
    5. The program is not valid for accumulation and/or multiple transaction.
    6. The program is valid for all purchases on the Blibli app except Digital Products (Mobile Credit, Data Packages, E-Money, Game Vouchers, Shopping Vouchers, Investment and Insurance Products, Gold Vouchers, Credit Card Payments & Invoicing, Blibli Gift Cards, Ultra-Vouchers, car payment settlements, Blibli Paylater Payments, Zakat and Donations), Tickets & Vouchers, Cooking Oil, Diapers, Instant Noodles, Coffee, Sugar, Sweet Soy Sauce, Sweet Condensed Milk, Tolak Angin, Sido Muncul, Gold Jewellery, Infant Formula Milk for under 1 year old, Baby Powder, Oil, and Baby and Children's Lotion, Precious Metals, Cigarettes and Lighters, Anti-Allergy Infant Formula Milk, and all brands from the Flagship Stores listed here: Assalaam Hypermarket Flagship Store, Alfamidi Flagship Store, Share Treats Flagship Store, Suzuya Flagship Store, Hypermart Flagship Store, Alfamart Flagship Store, Swalayan Maju Bersama Flagship Store, Ranch Market Flagship Store, Nanditira Surabaya Flagship Store, Prima Susu Flagship Store, Nutrifood Flagship Store, Nanditira Flagship Store, and Farmers Market Flagship Store.
    7. The program is only valid for 1 (one) transaction per 1 (one) user ID on the Blibli app account during the Program Period and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    8. The program is valid for both primary and supplementary cards.
    9. Cardholders agree that they will not receive any discounts/price reductions if the quota as specified in point 5.d above has been exhausted, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
    10. The promotion is not valid for users who have made a refund during the promotion period; a replacement voucher will be automatically credited to the account.
    11. Blibli reserves the right to cancel the discount/price reduction, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the Cardholder's account, if there is evidence of misuse of the promo code by the Cardholder.
    12. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email a hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from merchant partners are not products of and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or Program, Cardholders may contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If there is one provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which due to a government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void, it does not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and these other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee.
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
