Save up to IDR 1 Million + 0% Installment up to 24 Months at Perfect Health

The Program is a promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with merchant partner Perfect Health, applicable to holders of credit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, as well as American Express Charge Cards, but excluding Corporate Credit and Charge Cards (“Cardholders”), to obtain 0% installment payments under the General Terms and Conditions of the Program (“Program”).

The Program Period is valid until June 30, 2026 (“Program Period”).

  1. Cardholders who make transactions at Perfect Health stores will be given the privilege of participating in a 0% installment program with tenors of 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
  2. The program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  3. The program is valid for Cardholders.
  4. The program is valid for primary cards and additional cards.
  5. The program may be combined with Perfect Health's internal programs.
  6. The terms and conditions of this programme may be changed at any time with prior notice, and are solely at the discretion of Perfect Health.
  7. By participating in this Program, Cardholders are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part and form a single unit with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
  9. The installment program applies as follows:
    1. The program is a 0% installment plan at Perfect Health with tenors of 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.
    2. The installment program applies to a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand);
    3. Other programs include a savings of IDR 1,000,000 (one million) for the purchase of massage chairs and a savings of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand) for the purchase of therapy & fitness products;
    4. Save IDR 1,000,000 (one million) program for all massage chairs applies to a minimum transaction of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million);
    5. Save IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand) program for all therapy & fitness products applies to a minimum transaction of IDR 3,000,000 (three million);
    6. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Program Period;
    7. The program is valid for Danamon Cardholders;
    8. The program is valid for primary cards and additional cards;
    9. The terms and conditions of this program are subject to change at any time with prior notice, and are solely at the discretion of Perfect Health;
    10. By participating in this Program, Cardholders are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions;
    11. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part and form a single unit with the applicable Terms and Conditions;

The products, services, and/or benefits of merchant partners are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, but are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the merchant partner concerned.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’ and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not accept such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
