General Terms and Conditions
American Express RCP Gold Credit Card Welcome Offer Program 2025

A. Program Description

The Danamon Charge Card Welcome Offer 2025 ("Program") is a promotional initiative by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") for American Express (AMEX) RCP GOLD Credit Card holders ("Cardholders"). The Program allows Cardholders to earn bonus points in accordance with the general terms and conditions ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program").

B. Program Period

The program is valid for American Express RCP GOLD Charge Cardholders approved and issued by Bank Danamon from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 ("Program Period").

C. Program Criteria

The Program applies to new customers and/or invited customers (via telesales offers) who become Cardholders during the Program Period. Eligible Cardholders must have their Card facilities approved and issued by Bank Danamon within this timeframe. The Program also extends to Bank Danamon employees ("Cardholders").

E. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Customer's participation in the Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. American Express RCP GOLD Cardholders approved and issued by Bank Danamon during the Program Period will earn 90,000 MR Points as bonus points by accumulating a minimum transaction amount of IDR 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) within 2 (two) months of the card's approval and issuance by Bank Danamon ("Transaction Period").
  4. Only transactions made during the first 2 (two) months from the card's approval and issuance date by Bank Danamon will be considered.

  5. Eligible transactions are retail purchases only and exclude Bill Payments, Insurance Payments, Cash Advances, Money Transfers, QRIS transactions using Card funds, and transactions converted into installments, including monthly installment payments.
  6. By having a Card approved and issued during the Program Period and making transactions under this Program during the Transaction Period, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program, subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The approval and issuance of the Card, along with the transactions made by the Cardholder, serve as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their agreement to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

F. Program Reward Mechanism

  1. Bonus Points will be awarded for a maximum of 2 (two) months from the end of the Transaction Period, and multiple rewards do not apply.
  2. Bonus Points will be credited to the Primary Cardholder's Danamon Credit Card and appear on the billing statement in the following month after the winner's data withdrawal period.
  3. Bonus Points will be invalid if the Danamon Credit Card is blocked or if there is a delay in bill payment.
  4. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the granting of Bonus Points for transactions deemed unreasonable, including but not limited to cash swipe transactions and transactions at merchants found to be selling products prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If the Cardholder cancels any transaction during the Transaction Period, resulting in a failure to meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to withhold Bonus Points.

Terms and Conditions for Bonus 210,000 Bonus Membership Rewards Points
Program for Danamon American Express Gold Card

A. Program Description

The Terms and Conditions of the 210,000 Bonus MR Points Program for Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") outline the rules applicable to customers participating in the 210,000 MR Points Bonus Program for Danamon American Express Gold Card (the "Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

By participating in the Program, Program Participants agree to and are bound by the provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions:

B. Program Period

The Program will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025 (the "Program Period").

C. Program Criteria

  1. This Program is valid for individual customers of Bank Danamon who hold a Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card with BIN numbers 3755394 and 3755391 ("Cardholders").
  2. The Cardholder of Danamon American Express Gold Charge Card must be active, have no arrears, and card must not be blocked.

D. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Cardholders are required to thoroughly read and understand the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to decline or cancel cardholder’s enrollment to the Program if the participant does not comply to the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Cardholder bear full responsibility for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation in the Program or the cancellation of their participation.
  4. The Program criteria are as follows:
    1. Cardholder must accumulate minimum offline overseas transactions at least IDR 200,000,000 (two hundred million rupiah) during  Program Period.
    2. Valid transactions are transaction that is recorded in Bank Danamon’s system and not cancelled by cardholder, third party merchants or acquiring Bank. 
    3. Transactions must be conducted overseas, in foreign currency, and must be card present. 
    4. Transactions excluded are online transactions (card-not-present),Bill Payments,Insurance Payments, Cash Advance (cash withdrawals), Money Transfers, QRIS transactions, and Transactions converted into installments, including monthly installment payments. 
  5. Cardholders who meet the Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive bonus 210,000 Membership Rewards (MR) Points ("Rewards").
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel a Cardholder’s participation and/or the Rewards if the Cardholder fails to meet or violates the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The Program’s winner will be cardholders who meet the criteria specified in the program criteria section. If a card downgrade or upgrade occurs before the end of the Program Period, the Cardholder will no longer qualify as a Program winner.
  8. Bonus Membership Rewards (MR) Points will be awarded only to Cardholders who fully comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  10. The accumulated transactions during the program period are calculated based on posting date.
  11. Bonus Membership Rewards (MR) Points will be credited to the primary Cardholder no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the program period ends.
  12. Bonus Membership Rewards (MR) Points will be credited to the Cardholder only if the account is active, unblocked, and not delinquent.
  13. Bonus Membership Rewards (MR) Points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  14. The validity period of the Bonus Membership Rewards (MR) Points is in accordance with the validity period of the Membership Rewards (MR) Points, as stipulated in the general terms and conditions of Membership Rewards (MR) Points Bank Danamon's decisions related to the Program, including but not limited to the receipt of personal data of Prospective Cardholders for the purpose of awarding prizes, are final and cannot be contested by any participating Cardholders or Prospective Cardholders.
  15. Other terms and conditions related to the card and products and/or services of Bank Danamon, unless otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  16. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Membership of Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Membership Rewards Points. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  17. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend, modify, or complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes. The Cardholder agrees that if no objection is raised within that time period, the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder does not agree to the amendment, they have the right to cancel their Program membership, provided all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) are fulfilled.
  18. The Cardholder declares that there are no transactions, and will not be any, that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited by applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  19. In the event of reports indicating fraud, fraudulent activities, and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, revoke participation in the Program, or revoke any rewards given to the Cardholder concerned.
  20. Cardholders can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  21. The procedure for submitting complaints can be accessed on the website at https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  22. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  23. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. 
  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for submitting complaints can be accessed on the website at https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Account and Banking Services, the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Program Participant agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend, modify, or complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available to the Bank. In the event of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes. The Program Participant agrees that if no objection is raised within that time period, the Program Participant is deemed to have accepted the amendment. If the Program Participant does not agree to the amendment, they have the right to cancel their Program membership, provided all obligations to the Bank (if any) are fulfilled.
  3. The Program Participant declares that there are no transactions, and will not be any, that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited by the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, abnormal transactions, money laundering, and/or actions not in accordance with laws and regulations, the Bank has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke Program benefits for the concerned Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to fulfill all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any irregularities are found related to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee scheme. 

 

NOTICE
Program Participants must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the Bank's responsibility.
