Privacy Notice and Personal Data Processing Consent Update

    In connection with the implementation of Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (PDP Law), Bank Danamon has updated its Privacy Notice and Personal Data Processing Consent Form. All Bank Danamon customers are required to understand the Privacy Notice and provide consent to the latest Personal Data Processing Consent Form.

    Privacy Notice provides you with information on how PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") processes your Personal Data as a form of Bank Danamon's commitment and compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations.

    What is Personal Data Processing Consent? 

    Personal Data Processing Consent is the consent of a customer to allow Bank Danamon to manage their personal data in accordance with Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.

    Personal data processing activities in the bank include:

    1. Acquisition and collection of Personal Data
    2. Processing and analysis of Personal Data
    3. Storage of Personal Data
    4. Correction and updating of Personal Data
    5. Disclosure, publication, transfer, dissemination or disclosure of Personal Data
    6. Deletion or destruction of Personal Data
     
    How can customers provide Personal Data Processing Consent? 
    • New customers can give their consent when they first contact Bank Danamon or when they open a bank account.
    • Existing Danamon customers can update their consent to process their personal data through D-Bank PRO.
     
    How can customers provide Personal Data Processing Consent through D-Bank PRO? To provide consent, customers can access the D-Bank PRO application:
     
    1. Before starting, make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the D-Bank PRO application through [App Store/Google Play].
    2. Open the application and log in using your account.

    3. A new "Privacy Notice" and "Consent to Personal Data Processing" will be displayed.   

    4. Next, you may provide your consent to be contacted by Bank Danamon by checking the desired communication channels and clicking "Agree".

    5. Subsequently, you can enjoy the convenience and comfort of your banking services with Bank Danamon.
