About Garuda Fund

MUIP Garuda Fund, managed by MUFG Innovation Partner (MUIP), is a venture fund initiative by MUFG and Bank Danamon, allocating $100 million for startups. In line with MUFG's commitment to innovation and collaboration, this initiative aims to support Indonesian startups by leveraging strategic collaboration between Bank Danamon and Adira Finance, increasing market access, and promoting financial inclusion.

Fund Structure

Garuda No. 1 Limited Investment Partnership - MUFG Bank (89.9%) and Danamon (10.0%).

Focus

Digital-based startups and/or fintech, as well as industries that support the development of sustainable finance.

Minimum Requirement

1. Collaboration and synergy with Bank Danamon and Adira Finance.
2. Startups should have a history of previous investments or be at least in their Series A funding stage.
