EDC Merchant Danamon

Facilities provided to Merchants for accepting card-based transactions (Credit Cards/Debit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, and GPN types) as well as QRIS Danamon. Currently, EDC Merchant Danamon can accept card transactions through Contact (Dip) & Contactless methods and scan QRIS (Domestic and Cross Border). For payments through the Contactless method, payment verification can be done by tapping the Contactless debit/credit card on the EDC machine without the need to input a 6-digit PIN. Additionally, the EDC Merchant Danamon machine also has the following features: 

  1. Purchase for on-us debit cards, off-us debit cards, on-us credit cards, off-us debit cards, QRIS
  2. Cancellation (void)
  3. Refund (reversal)
  4. Payment settlement (settlement)
  5. Installment (on-us credit card) 

EDC Merchant Danamon uses the Ingenico Move/2500 GPRS EDC machine, with a sticker displaying the Danamon Bank logo, EDC machine provider, and Contact & Contactless transactions.

EDC Merchant Danamon Fees

All transactions received by the Merchant will first be deducted by the Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) per transaction before being credited to the registered account, in accordance with the MDR fee composition per transaction that has been regulated.

The transaction processing scheme and fees for Credit Cards and Debit Cards on the EDC Merchant Danamon are as follows: 

1. Credit Card (Danamon and non-Danamon Visa & Mastercard) : 2 %
2. Danamon Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, GPN) : 0.15 %
3. Non-Danamon Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, GPN) : 1 %

The transaction processing scheme and fees for QRIS (both domestic and cross-border) for the Merchant Presented Mode on the EDC Merchant Danamon are as follows:

EDC Merchant Danamon Terms & Procedures

The Merchant, whether in the form of a company or an individual, can apply for an EDC Merchant Danamon under the condition that the Owner has a Clear SID, AKKI, and VM/HRSE checking (Visa and MasterCard system), and is prohibited from conducting cash withdrawal transactions or double swipe transactions.

    For Company-type Merchants (PT/CV):
  1. EDC Merchant Registration Form (1 copy).
  2. Copy of the ID card of the PRESIDENT DIRECTOR/DIRECTOR (owner + manager as per SIUP/NIB).
  3. Copy of SIUP/NIB/TDP/Tourism Permit.
  4. Copy of NPWP (according to SIUP/NIB).
  5. Copy of the PT Deed and the Minister of Justice Decree, along with any amendments.
  6. Copy of the Head Office and Outlet domicile letter or lease agreement according to the outlet's address.
  7. Statement letter of domicile by the owner (if the business address does not match the SIUP/NIB).
  8. Photo of the business location (exterior and interior).
  9. Danamon bank account in the name of the PT, in accordance with the Deed, SIUP, and TDP.
  10. Must be in operation for at least 6 months (high-risk Merchant).
  11. Copy of the EDC sales slip settlement from another bank (high-risk Merchant). 
    For Individual-type Merchants:
  1. EDC Merchant Registration Form (1 copy).
  2. Copy of the Business Owner's ID (owner as per SIUP/NIB).
  3. Copy of SIUP/NIB/TDP/Tourism Permit.
  4. Copy of NPWP (according to SIUP/NIB).
  5. Statement letter of domicile by the owner (if the business address does not match the SIUP/NIB).
  6. Photo of the business location (exterior and interior).
  7. Must be in operation for at least 6 months (high-risk Merchant).
  8. Copy of the EDC sales slip settlement from another bank (high-risk Merchant).
