0% Instalments up to 12 Months at Garmin Store

The General Terms and Conditions of the 0% (zero percent) Installment Program for up to 12 (twelve) months at Garmin Store (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) participating in the 0% (zero percent) Installment Program for up to 12 (twelve) months at Garmin Store (“Installment Program”). The Installment Program is referred to as the “Program” and is organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner PT Mitra Internasional Indonesia (“Garmin Store”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows

The program is implemented from 10 August 2025 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

All Garmin Store outlets. The list of outlets can be viewed here.

  1. The programme is applicable to Cardholders as follows: Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express logos and American Express Charge Cards, but excluding corporate cards ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. 
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. 
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

    3. The program applies to purchases of all products at all Garmin Store outlets.
    4. The program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
    5. Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Merchant partners are not involved in any additional fees. The fees charged can be viewed at bdi.co.id/tarifdanbiaya.
    6. Any transaction converted into an installment plan will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points; and
    7. The conversion process into an installment plan is done directly during the online transaction and has not been previously requested through other channels (e.g., SMS, email, etc.).
  6. This program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon programs and/or promotions.
  7. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  1. The products and/or services of merchant partners are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or revoke the benefits granted to the Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obliged to settle all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Cardholder and become an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral part and are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’. ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Cardholders agree that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program
  7. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have accepted the changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not accept the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any). 
  8. Cardholders and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS)..
  11. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)

WARNING
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
