0% Installment up to 12 Months at Eka Hospital Group

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of 0% Installment up to 12 Months at Eka Hospital ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the 0% Installment up to 12 Months at Eka Hospital ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with PT Dian Sinar Pratama (“Eka Hospital”) merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

The program runs from May 1, 2025 until April 30, 2026 ("Program Period").

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders of Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logos, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Cards ("Card").
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following terms:
    1. The Program offers installment payments with a 0% (zero percent) interest rate,
      available for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months ("Installment Conversion");
    2. The Program is valid for a minimum transaction of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah);
    3. Each transaction using Installment Conversion will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah), which shall be borne by the Cardholder;
    4. Transactions made through Installment Conversion will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points; and
    5. The Installment Conversion application must be made directly at the time of transaction at Eka Hospital, using the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) machine available at Eka Hospital.
  6. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  7. The Program is applicable to both primary and supplementary cards.
  8. The Program cannot be combined with other Bank Danamon programs and/or promotions.
  9. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Such transactions serve as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and their consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint services can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah. 
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority. 

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
