Ruangguru: up to 12 months 0% installment

This promotional program from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon), in cooperation with Ruangguru as the merchant partner, enables cardholders to avail of 0% installment for up to 12 months at Ruangguru (Program) based on the Program’s general terms and conditions (Program General Terms and Conditions). 

The Cardholder hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all the following provisions of the Program General Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from 1 May 2023 until 30 April 2024 (Program Period).

  1. The Cardholder is required to read and understand the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the authority to disallow or cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she fails to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Cardholder bears full responsibility for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with his/her participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Cardholders who perform transactions at Ruangguru can avail of the privilege for 0% (zero percent) installment with tenors of 3, 6 and 12 months.
  5. The Program applies to Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, and/or JCB logo, but excludes Danamon Corporate Credit Cards (Cards).
  6. The Program is valid for a minimum transaction value worth Rp500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah). 
  7. Throughout the Program Period, the Program is valid any day including national holidays.
  8. The Program is applicable for all Ruangguru products which are indicated in its website https://www.ruangguru.com/.  
  9. The Program applies to both principal and/or supplementary cards.
  10. Each transaction that is converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of Rp 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupiah).
  11. Every transaction that is converted into installments is not entitled to receive D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  12. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions, except Ruangguru’s own programs and/or promotions.
  13. Upon performing transactions in accordance with the Program General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its General Terms and Conditions. Transactions performed by the Cardholder serve as valid proof of his/her participation in the Program and approval to comply with its General Terms and Conditions.
  1. The products, services and/or 0% installment in this particular program are entirely the responsibility of Ruangguru, not of Bank Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products and/or services, please contact Ruangguru directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that all transactions do not have any indications of money laundering and /or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s prevailing laws and regulations.
  3. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, program participation, or issuance of discounts/approval of installments to the corresponding Cardholder.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as those are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on the Customer and shall become an integral part of the Program General Terms and Conditions.
  5. This Program General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Card Membership”.
  6. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to occasionally amend/revise/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any amendments/revisions/additions to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes in the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days upon notification of the change by Bank Danamon via its communication media. The Cardholder agrees his/her acceptance to the change if he/she fails to file any objection within that period. If a Customer disagrees to the change, he/she has the right to cancel Program participation by first settling all his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
  10. The Program’s General Terms and Conditions follow provisions of applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.

    Be cautious of scams. Cardholders should take the necessary precautions against fraud committed by unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or other deceitful acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with, or on behalf of the Program, are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
