0% Installment up to 6 Months at Retouch

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of 0% Installment up to 6 Months at Retouch ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the 0% Installment up to 6 Months at Retouch ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with PT Mei Tech Indo Resources (“Retouch”) merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The program runs from May 12, 2025 until May 30, 2026 ("Program Period").

The program is valid for transactions at the Retouch outlet located at Jl. Green Lake Sunter Jl. Agung Timur 1 Blok TBE Unit D, Sunter Jaya, Kec. Tj. Priok, Jkt Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14350.

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders of Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express logos, as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but excludes Corporate Cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the Program’s General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. The Program offers 0 % (zero percent) installments for tenors of 3 (three) and 6 (six) months (“Installment Conversion”), with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiah).
    2. Installment Conversion requests must be made directly at the time of transaction at Retouch outlets.
    3. Each Installment Conversion transaction will incur an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand rupiah), payable by the Cardholder.
    4. Transactions converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  6. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  7. The Program is limited to one (1) transaction per day per Card number.
  8. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  9. The Program applies to both primary and supplementary Cards.
  10. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Such transactions constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and consent to these General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  8. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
