Save up to IDR 100,000 at Astro, Blibli, Shopee, and Tokopedia

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save IDR 25,000 at Astro ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save IDR 25,000 at Astro ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Astro as merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


A. Program Period

The program runs from September 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").


B. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard® Debit Cardholders (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program offers a discount/price reduction of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty five thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand Rupiah), applicable to transactions made through the Astro app.
    2. The program applies with a transaction quota, as follows:

    3. The program is valid every day (including national public holiday) from 00:01 to 23:59 WIB during the Program Period.
    4. The Program is valid for 2 (two) transactions per month with the same card number.
    5. The program is not valid for accumulation and/or multiple transactions.
    6. Cardholders agree that Cardholders will not receive discounts/price reductions if the quota as stipulated in section 5.b above has been used up even though the Program Period has not ended.
    7. The program is valid for purchases using delivery services supported by Astro.
    8. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

C. Cardholder Complaints

  1. Complaints may be submitted by the Cardholder or an authorized representative either orally or in writing via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Complaint procedures are available at https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

D. Additional Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and/or services offered by merchant partners are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon and are fully under the merchants’ accountability. Please contact the relevant merchant for any issues or complaints.
  2. The Cardholder confirms that no transaction associated with this Program constitutes money laundering or violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If fraud, abuse, transaction irregularities, or violations of laws are suspected, Bank Danamon may cancel the transaction, suspend services, or terminate Program benefits. The Cardholder remains liable for any outstanding obligations to the Bank.
  4. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and any other applicable banking terms. If there is any inconsistency, these Program Terms shall prevail.
  5. Bank Danamon reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced through Bank Danamon’s official communication channels. If changes affect benefits, risks, costs, or conditions, Cardholders may raise objections in writing within 30 (thirty) business days. Failure to object within this period will be deemed as acceptance.
  6. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid by law or court decision, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
  7. Any suspected fraud should be reported immediately to Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
  9. These Terms and Conditions comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority.

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save IDR 100,000 at Blibli ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save IDR 100,000 at Blibli ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Blibli as merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


A. Program Period

The program runs from September 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").


B. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard® Debit Cardholders (“Card").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program offers a discount/price reduction of IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand Rupiah), applicable to transactions made through the Blibli app (Android and iOS).
    2. The program is valid for a maximum of 80 (eighty) transaction quotas per month with the promo code: DNM-DBTDLS.
    3. The program is valid every day (including national public holiday) from 00:01 to 23:59 WIB during the Program Period.
    4. The Program is valid for 2 (two) transactions per month with the same card number for 1 (one) Blibli user account.
    5. The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
    6. The program is not valid for purchases in the following categories:
      • Vouchers (Mobile Credit, Data, Gaming, Travel and Tours, Shopping, Event Tickets).
      • Top-ups (Mobile Credit, Data Packages, E-Money, Roaming).
      • Bills (PLN Electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Loan Installments).
      • Tickets (Train, Airplane, Bus).
      • Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Local Deals, Event and Entertainment Tickets) and
      • Donations and Finance (Donations, Zakat, Business Loans).
    7. Cardholders agree that Cardholders will not receive discounts/price reductions if the quota as specified in point B.5.b above has been used up, even if the Program Period has not ended.
    8. The Program applies to purchases using delivery services supported by Blibli.
    9. Blibli reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account, if there is evidence of misuse of the promo code by the user.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:


A. Program Period

The program runs from September 1, 2025 until December 31, 2025 ("Program Period").


B. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. The Program is valid for Danamon Mastercard® Debit Cardholders (“Card").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program offers a discount/price reduction of IDR 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 1,500,000.00 (one million five hundred thousand Rupiah), applicable to transactions made through the Shopee app (Android and iOS).
    2. The program is valid for a maximum of 80 (eighty) transaction quotas per month with the promo code: DNMDB.
    3. The program is valid every day (including national public holiday) from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB during the Program Period.
    4. Valid for 1 (one) transaction per month with the same card number for 1 (one) Shopee user account.
    5. The program is not valid for accumulation and/or multiple transactions.
    6. The program is not valid for purchases in the following categories:
      • Vouchers (Mobile Credit, Data, Gaming, Travel and Tours, Shopping, Event Tickets).
      • Top-ups (Mobile Credit, Data Packages, E-Money, Roaming).
      • Bills (PLN Electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Loan Installments).
      • Tickets (Train, Flight, Bus).
      • Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Local Deals, Event and Entertainment Tickets) and
      • Donations and Finance (Donations, Zakat, Business Loans).
    7. Cardholders agree that Cardholders will not receive discounts/price reductions if the quota as specified in point B.5.b above has been exhausted, even if the Program Period has not yet ended.
    8. The Program applies to purchases made using delivery services supported by Shopee.
    9. Shopee reserves the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or suspend the account, if there is any indication of misuse of the promo code by the user.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

NOTICE

Cardholders should be cautious of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties on behalf of or related to the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
