SAVE up to IDR 2,000,000 and 0% Installment up to 12 Months at iBox

The General Terms and Conditions of Save IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) and 0% installment up to 12 months Program for purchases at iBox ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who possess and transact using the Card ("Cardholders") who participate in the Savings Program up to IDR 2,000,000 (two million rupiah) and 0% installments up to 12 months for Purchases at iBox ("Program") organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner (PT Data Citra Mandiri).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program is implemented from 3 August 2025 to 22 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

  1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with Cardholders' participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program applies to Cardholders as follows: Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logos, but excluding American Express Credit Cards and Charge Cards and Corporate Credit Cards (“Card”)
  5. The program is subject to the following terms and conditions:

      3. The program is only valid for installment payments.
      4. The program is valid for all products.
      5. Valid for 1 (one) transaction per 1 (one) Card during the Programme Period
      6. The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
      7. The program is valid for both primary and additional Cards.
      8. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the program if it does not comply with the terms and conditions.
    2. Installment Program

      3. Valid every day during the Program Period.
      4. Valid for primary and additional cards.
      5. Bank Danamon will charge an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah) for each transaction converted into installments by the Cardholder. Merchant partners are not involved in any additional fees. For details on the fees charged, please visit bdi.co.id/tarifdanbiaya.
      6. Each transaction converted into an instalment will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
      7. The conversion process into instalments is done directly during the transaction and has not been submitted through other channels (e.g. SMS, Email).
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions conducted by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from merchant partners are not products of and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or Program, Cardholders may contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If there is one provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which due to a government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void, it does not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and these other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK)

WARNING
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
