Payday Cashback IDR 150.000 for Monthly Grocery Shopping

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Payday Cashback Groceries IDR150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the program Payday Cashback Groceries IDR150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

The Program will be conducted during the period from August 30th, 2025, to August 31st, 2025 (“Program Period”).

This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:
  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk who own and transact using any of the following Danamon credit or charge cards: Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Classic, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; or charge cards: Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum (“Program Participant”).
  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to reject or cancel any Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. This Program applies to Program Participants who own and transact using the following Danamon credit or charge cards: Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Classic, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; or charge cards: Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum (“Card”).
  5. Program Participant will receive cashback IDR150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand rupiah) under the following conditions:
    1. Make a transaction in grocery or supermarket category with a minimum amount of IDR1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) per transaction. Multiples do not apply;
    2. Transactions in grocery or supermarket category are determined based on the Merchant Category Code (MCC) received by Bank system, which are MCC 5411 and 5499;
    3. MCC 5411 and 5499 are the Merchant Category Codes used as the basis for calculating/participating in the Program according to Bank terms;
    4. Transactions included in the Program are those made using primary and supplementary Cards;
    5. For Danamon Mastercard World Elite Credit Card, only domestic transactions are eligible for the Program, overseas transactions are excluded;
    6. Transactions that are converted into installments are not eligible for cashback;
    7. QRIS transactions with Card as source of funds are not eligible for cashback;
    8. Cashback applies to one transaction per Card during the Program Period;
    9. Program applies to Program Participants with primary and supplementary Cards; and
    10. If a Program Participant owns more than one Card, cashback applies to all Cards owned by Program Participant.
  6. The following is Program illustration:

  7. Cashback will be credited to Program Participant’s card no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days after the end of the Program Period, and will appear on the billing statement.
  8. Cashback will be credited to Program Participant’s card that is active and has a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) or National Identity Number (NIK) that is recognized as a substitute for NPWP.
  9. Cashback is subject to tax in accordance with applicable tax regulations in Indonesia. Program Participants are required to provide a valid NPWP or NIK that serves as NPWP. Proof of tax deduction (PPh Tidak Final) can be obtained at Bank branch offices.
  10. Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  11. Program is valid for Bank staff.
  12. If Program Participant takes any action that causes them to no longer meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Program Participant agrees that Bank reserves the right not to provide cashback.
  13. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period, the Program Participant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Program Participant serves as valid proof of participation in the Program and the Program Participant’s agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedures for complaint handling can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
     
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Progream Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregular or suspicious transactions, money laundering, or violations of applicable laws, the Bank has the right to cancel transactions, terminate use of Bank products/services, revoke Program participation, and withdraw Program benefits from the affected Program Participant. The Program Participant must still fulfill any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

WARNING

Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
