General Terms and Conditions of the Discount Program of 8% up to IDR 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand rupiah) and 0% (zero percent) Installment for Up to 6 (six) Months for product purchases at Mitra10 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) These General Terms and Conditions apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and use a card (“Cardholder”) to participate in:

  1. The Discount Program of 8% up to IDR 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand rupiah) (“Discount Program”); and
  2. The 0% (zero percent) Installment Program for up to 6 (six) months (“Installment Program”),

for product purchases at Mitra10 (collectively referred to as the “Program”). The Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner Mitra10.

By participating in the Program, the Cardholder agrees to and is bound by all provisions contained in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The program runs from August 15, 2025 until August 17, 2025 ("Program Period").

  1. The program is valid for Cardholders as follows: Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express logos and American Express Charge Cards, but excluding corporate Credit Cards (“Cards”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks, losses, claims, and/or demands arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. Discount Program
      1. An 8% discount up to IDR 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) applies to all purchases.
      2. The program applies to full payments and installments.
      3. Valid for 1 (one) transaction per 1 (one) card number per day during the Program Period.
      4. The program is not valid for multiple purchases.
      5. The program is valid for primary and additional cards.
      6. Merchant partners reserve the right to cancel the discount, or if necessary, cancel the transaction or freeze the account, if there is any indication of misuse by the user that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
      7. Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction if it does not comply with the terms and conditions.
    2. Installment Program
      1. 0% (zero percent) installments apply to transactions above the following minimum amounts:

      2. Valid every day during the Program Period.
      3. Valid for primary and additional cards.
      4. Each transaction converted into installments will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah). This fee is fully charged by Bank Danamon for each installment transaction made by the Cardholder. Merchants are not involved in any additional fees.       5. For cancelled installments, the installment conversion fee will not be refunded to the Cardholder.
      6. Any transaction converted into an installment will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points..
      7. The installment conversion application process is done directly at the time of transaction and has not been submitted through other channels (e.g., SMS, Email).
  6. By the Cardholder making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by such Cardholders are valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. The products and/or services of merchant partners are not products of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the respective merchant partners. If there are any issues and/or complaints related to the products, services, and/or the Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. The Cardholder declares that there are no transactions, nor will there be any transactions, that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, and cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program or the provision of benefits to the Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obliged to fulfill all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, insofar as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding upon the Cardholder and shall form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute a unit and form an integral part of the “Danamon Credit Card Membership Terms and Conditions” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.” These terms and conditions remain valid to the extent they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the Cardholder’s participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, supplement, or update the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes, additions, or updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program or other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Cardholder agrees that, in the absence of any objection within the stated period, the Cardholder will be deemed to have agreed to such changes. If the Cardholder does not agree with the changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel participation in the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any) have been settled.
  8. Cardholders and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking transactions/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, by calling Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participating institution in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  11. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with prevailing laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE

Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes. Any fraud or crime committed by third parties in connection with this Program is beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
