Stay 3 Pay 2 di Hotel New Otani Tokyo EXECUTIVE HOUSE ZEN

The Terms and Conditions of the Stay 3 Pay 2 at New Otani Tokyo Hotel – Executive House Zen (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) outline the applicable guidelines for customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) as part of the Stay 3 Pay 2 at New Otani Tokyo Hotel – Executive House Zen (“Program”). This Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner New Otani Tokyo (Hotel).

By participating in the Program, Cardholders agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions:

The Program is valid from 10th February 2025 to 30th January 2026 (“Program Period”).

The Program applies at the following New Otani Tokyo (NOT) Hotel – Executive House Zen location:

  • New Otani Tokyo (NOT) Hotel Japan
    4-1 Kioi-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8578, Japan.
  1. The Program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who have and transact with the following card types (“Cardholders”): (i) Bank Danamon Debit Privilege Card; and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with the JCB, World Elite and American Express RCP Gold and Platinum logos, but excluding corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a customer’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder’s participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Stay 3 Pay 2 nights program applies as follows:
    1. The program is valid for Executive House Zen room type;
    2. The Programs provide JPY15,000 dining credit per stay;
    3. The Programs provide a chance to upgrade the room depends on room availability;
    4. Program is available for bookings through the website (https://www.newotani.co.jp/en/tokyo/stay/bdi/) together with the special code, provided by the Corporation (“PROBDIZEN”); 
    5. The program is not available during black-out period;
    6. The program is subject to room availability;
    7. The Corporation has the right to determine the black-out period or not to implement the program.
  6. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder serves as valid evidence of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
