The General Terms and Conditions of the 20% (twenty percent) Discount Program at Hoshinoya Bali (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in the 20% (twenty percent) Savings Program at Hoshinoya Bali (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner Hoshinoya Bali (“Hoshinoya Bali”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

The program is implemented during the period from 26 May 2025 to 28 March 2026 (“Program Period”).

The program is available at Hoshinoya Bali, located at Jl. Pengembungan, Pejeng Kangin, Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency, Bali 80552.

  1. The Program is valid for Danamon Credit Cardholders with the JCB logo (“Card").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is subject to the following terms and conditions:
    1. The program offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount on all room bookings at Hoshinoya Bali;
    2. The program includes 1 (one) complimentary breakfast for 2 (two) guests and 1 (one) Nusantara Set Dinner for 2 (two) guests, which can be enjoyed during the stay;
    3. The program is valid for a minimum booking of 1 (one) room for 2 (two) nights;
    4. The program is valid at Hoshinoya Bali located at Jl. Pengembungan, Pejeng Kangin, Tampaksiring District, Gianyar Regency, Bali 80552;
    5. The program is available for bookings made via the website: https://hoshinoresorts.com/en/hotels/hoshinoyabali/sp/JCBDanamon2025 by entering the password jcbdanamon;
    6. The program is not valid during the blackout period from 20 December 2025 to 4 January 2026; and
    7. The program is subject to room availability;
  6. The program applies to both primary and additional cards.
  7. The program applies to one (1) transaction per day with the same card number.
  8. The program is valid every day except on certain dates (blackout period) as specified in section B.5.f.
  9. The program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  10. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders' representatives may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products, services, and/or benefits of merchant partners are not products of Bank Danamon and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, but are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or benefits, please contact the merchant partner concerned.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program to the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’ and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not accept such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if any fraud is suspected, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

WARNING
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
