The Terms and Conditions of the Discount Program at Grand Hyatt Hotel (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) outline the applicable guidelines for customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) as part of the Discount Program at Grand Hyatt Hotel (“Program”). This Program is organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk.

By participating in the Program, Cardholders agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions:

The Program is valid from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

The Program is valid for stays at Grand Hyatt Jakarta, located at Jl. MH Thamrin Kav. 28-20, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10350

The Program is valid for Bank Danamon customers who have and transact with the following card types (“Cardholders”):
(i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and
(ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, but excluding Corporate Credit Cards (“Cards”).

  1. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks, including loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of this Program.
  4. Discount Program of Up to 20% The program offers discounts of up to 20% (twenty percent) under the following conditions:
    1. Lodging at Grand Hyatt Jakarta
      1. The program is valid for lodging at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta, located at Jl. MH Thamrin Kav 28-20, Menteng, Central Jakarta, 10350.
      2. The program provides room discounts of up to 20% (twenty percent), with the final rates as follows:

    1. Program Provisions:
      1. Not valid on Christmas (24 & 25 December) and New Year’s Eve (31 December 2024).
      2. Complimentary parking is available for one (1) vehicle during the stay.
      3. Body massage services included in the program must be used on the day of stay and cannot be exchanged for other services or redeemed at a later date.
  1. The program cannot be combined with other promotions or programs.
  2. Reservations must be made directly through the Grand Hyatt Jakarta or via telephone at +6221 29921234.
  3. The program is subject to room availability.
  4. Customers participating in this program are eligible to earn World of Hyatt points.
  5. The terms and conditions of this program may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of Grand Hyatt Jakarta, with prior notice.
  6. By making a transaction under the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program. The transaction serves as valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint services can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
