These General Terms and Conditions of Prima Special Deal Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the terms and conditions applicable to Customers who participate in Prima Special Deal ("Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") in collaboration with PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia ("Manulife Indonesia"), and are an integral part of the Prima Special Deal Program Participation Form ("Form").

The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

This Program starts from 1 July 2025 until 30 September 2025 ("Program Period").

  1. Application is a letter of request or submission from a prospective Policyholder to the Insurer to obtain insurance protection.
  2. Free-Look Period is a period of studying the Policy for 14 calendar days since the Policy is issued. During this period, the Policyholder may cancel the Policy if they do not agree to the terms and conditions in the Policy provisions for any reason.
  3. Free-Look Policy is a Policy cancelled by the Customer during the Free-Look Period.
  4. Lapse Policy is a Policy cancelled by the Insurer due to non-payment of the overdue premium.
  5. Customer is an individual or corporate customer who has an account at Bank Danamon and/or uses banking products/services provided by Bank Danamon.
  6. Policyholder is a person who is bound by the agreement made with the Insurer and is responsible for all obligations to the Insurer.
  7. Insurer is Manulife Indonesia insurance company.
  8. Policy Issuance is the issuance of a policy by the Insurer as evidence of approved insurance coverage.
  9. Policy is an agreement between the Policyholder and Insurer that regulates the rights and obligations of each party.
  10. Premium is the amount of money that must be paid as an obligation of the Insured to the Insurer for participation in the Insurance Product.
  11. Insurance Product is an insurance product owned by the Insurer that is included in the Program.
  12. Submit is the submission of an Application.
  13. Insured is the party facing the risk as stipulated in the Policy.

1. Every Customer who participates in this Program must first register themselves by filling out and signing the Form.

2. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

3. Bank Danamon has the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

4. The customer is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the customer's participation in this Program.

5. Insurance products included in the Program are:

A. Single Premium ("SP Insurance Product"):

1. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana - 20-year term, lump sum payment method ("PPPB-SP").

2. Proteksi Prima Emas Plus - lump sum payment method ("PPEP-SP T-20").

B. Regular Premium ("IDR Insurance Product"):

1. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana - 20 years term, annual payment method ("PPPB-RP T-20").

2. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Berencana - 15 years term, annual payment method ("PPPB-RP T-15")

3. Proteksi Prima Emas Plus - annual payment method ("PPEP-RP").

4. Proteksi Prima Warisan Terencana - 5-year term, annualised payment method ("PPWT-RP Pay 5").

5. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Utama - annual payment method ("PPPU-RP")

6. Proteksi Prima Pendapatan Utama Syariah - annual payment method ("PPPUS-RP")

7. Proteksi Prima Kritis Amanah - 5 years payment period and annual payment method ("PPKA-RP Pay 5").

8. Proteksi Prima Kritis Amanah - 8 years payout period and annual payment method ("PPKA-RP Pay 8").

9. Proteksi Prima Masa Depan - 5 years payment period with annual payment method ("PPMD-RP Pay 5").

6. The Customer must purchase the Insurance Product whose Application is submitted by the Customer to Manulife Indonesia within the period of the Program Period, and for the Issuance of the Policy by the Insurer no later than 2 (two) months after the end of the Program Period.

7. Customers who meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program will receive a Grand Prize and/or Additional Prizes in the form of cashback, e-vouchers, and/or Prodia vouchers with the following conditions:

a) Grand Prize

i. Customers who make a purchase transaction of SP Insurance Products are entitled to obtain the Grand Prize with the provisions as shown in the table below ("SP Insurance Product Grand Prize Tiering"):

1. Prize Calculation:

a. The value of the Main Prize and Additional Prize for the purchase of Products is calculated per Policy based on the SP Insurance Product Prize Tiering, RP Insurance Product Prize Tiering, and Additional Prize Terms.

b. The results of the calculation of the value of the Main Gift and Additional Gift will be summed up to determine the type of gift received by the Customer (e-voucher or cashback), with the following conditions:

2. The provision of Customer Privilege Gift in the form of Prodia Voucher:

a. The Prodia Voucher will be delivered by the Bank to the Policyholder no later than 30 Working Days after the issuance of the Policy by Manulife Indonesia.

b. Prodia Voucher can only be used by the Policyholder, not transferable.

c. Privilege Customer can only obtain a maximum of 1 (one) Prodia Voucher, and no multiple validity.

d. The validity period of the Prodia Voucher, as well as the terms and conditions are stated on the voucher received by the Policyholder.

3. The terms of the e-voucher gift are as follows:

a. Customer will receive an e-voucher notification SMS with DANAMONGIFT masking.

b. The SMS notification will be sent to the Customer's mobile phone number registered in the Bank Danamon system no later than 17 (seventeen) working days after Policy Issuance.

c. If the Customer does not receive the SMS notification, the Customer must contact the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or contact Hello Danamon to follow up on this matter.

d. Customers can use e-vouchers by redeeming them at online merchants that cooperate with Bank Danamon ("Redeem Voucher").

e. The list of online merchants that cooperate with Bank Danamon can be seen after logging-in at the following link: more.id/d/ or https://danamon.more.id ("Web Redeem Voucher").

f. The period to redeem e-vouchers at Web Redeem Voucher is 1 (one) month since the e-voucher notification SMS is received by the Customer.

g. The expiration period of e-vouchers that have been redeemed on the Web Redeem Voucher by the Customer will follow the applicable provisions of each online merchant, so the Customer must read and understand the terms and conditions of each selected online merchant.

h. The Customer who cancels the Policy during the Free-Look Period hereby acknowledges and agrees that the return of Premium from the Insurer will be deducted from the amount of the e-voucher prize previously given to the Customer and the Policy cancellation fee in accordance with the applicable Policy terms and conditions.

4. The provisions for giving prizes in the form of cashback are as follows:

a. The results of the calculation of the Main Prize and Additional Prizes to get cashback prizes have not been taxed.

b. Tax on cashback is borne by the Customer in accordance with applicable tax provisions.

c. For individual customers, cashback that has been taxed will be credited to the customer's Danamon LEBIH PRO account listed on the Form. If the customer does not have a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account, the customer must first open a Danamon LEBIH PRO savings account.

d. For non-individual (corporate) customers, cashback that has been taxed will be credited to the customer's Bank Danamon account listed on the Form.

e. Cashback will be credited no later than 17 (seventeen) working days after Policy Issuance.

f. The Customer who cancels the Policy during the Free-Look Period hereby acknowledges and agrees that the return of Premium from the Insurer will be deducted from the amount of cashback that has not been deducted by tax and Policy cancellation fees in accordance with the applicable Policy terms and conditions.

a. Grand Prize

• Customer A buys a PPEP-SP product with a premium of IDR 1,700,000,000.00 (one billion seven hundred million rupiah), and buys a PPKA Pay-5 product with a premium of IDR1 00,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah), then based on the Prize Terms, the customer gets a prize as follows:

i. Prizes for PPEP-SP products refer to the SP Insurance Product Prize Tiering, the customer is entitled to a prize in the form of cashback worth 5% x IDR 1,700,000,000.00 (one billion seven hundred million rupiah) = IDR 85,000,000.00 (eighty-five million rupiah) before tax.

ii. Gifts for PPKA-RP Pay 5 products refer to the Rp Insurance Product Gift Tiering, the Customer is entitled to get a Gift in the form of an e-voucher worth 6% x IDR 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah) = IDR 6,000,000.00 (six million rupiah).

Customer A gets a Cashback Gift for PPEP-SP products because the Gift value is more than IDR 10,000,000.00, and gets an e-voucher Gift for PPKA-RP Pay 5 products because the Gift value is less than IDR 10,000,000.00. Prizes are given per policy.

• Customer B purchases the PPPB-RP T-20 product with a premium of IDR 200,000,000.00 (two hundred million rupiah), then based on the IDR Insurance Product Gift Tiering, Customer B is entitled to an e-voucher Gift worth 3% x IDR 200,000,000.00 (two hundred million rupiah) = IDR 6,000,000.00 (six million rupiah).

Customer B gets the e-voucher Prize because the value of the Prize is less than IDR 10,000,000.00,

b. Additional Gift for NTI Customer

• Customer A purchases a PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking by the Bank, the Customer has an active PPEP policy purchased and issued in 2021. Therefore, the Customer only gets a cashback reward worth 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00, which is IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah).

Customer A gets the Cashback Prize because the value of the Prize is more than IDR 10,000,000.00 and does not get an additional Prize because the Customer does not meet the criteria of an NTI Customer. 

• Customer B purchases PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking, the Customer does not have an active policy of RP Insurance Product and/or SP Insurance Product for the last 12 months. Therefore, in addition to receiving a Gift to the account of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 which is IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah) and an additional Gift of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah). The total value of the Gift received by the Customer is IDR 55,000,000 (fifty-five million rupiah) and is in the form of cashback.

Customer B receives a Cashback Prize because the total value of the Prize and additional Prizes is more than IDR 10,000,000.00.

c. Additional Special Prize for KPR Customer

• KPR Customer A purchases PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 50,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking by the Bank, the customer has an active PPEP policy purchased and issued in 2024. Therefore, the Customer gets a Gift to the Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings account of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 which is IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah) and an additional Gift of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah). The total value of the Prize received by the Customer is IDR 55,000,000 (fifty five million rupiah) and is in the form of cashback.

KPR A Customer receives a Cashback Prize because the total value of Gifts and Direct Additional Gifts is more than IDR10,000,000.00.

• KPR Customer B purchases PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking, the Customer does not have an active policy of RP Insurance Products and/or SP Insurance Products for the last 12 months. Therefore, in addition to receiving a Gift to the account of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 which is IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah), an additional Gift of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah), and an additional Gift of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah). The total value of the Prize received by the Customer is IDR 70,000,000 (seventy million rupiah) and is in the form of cashback.

KPR B Customer gets Cashback Prize because the total value of the Prize and additional Prize is more than IDR 10,000,000.00.

d. Additional Special Prize for Danamon Anniversary Program

• Customer A purchased PPKA-RP Pay 8 product on 16 July 2025 with a premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking, the Customer does not have an active policy of RP Insurance Products and/or SP Insurance Products for the last 12 months. Therefore, in addition to receiving a Gift to the account of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 which is IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah), an additional Gift of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 15,000,000.00 (fifteen million rupiah), and an additional Gift of IDR 28,483,000 (twenty-eight million four hundred eighty-three thousand rupiah). The total value of the Gift received by the Customer is IDR 83,483,000 (eighty-three million four hundred eighty-three thousand rupiah) and is in the form of cashback.

Customer A received a Cashback Prize because the total value of the Prize and additional Prizes is more than IDR 10,000,000.00.

e. Privilege Customer Prize

• Customer A purchases PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking, the Customer is a Privilege Customer who has an active policy of RP Insurance Products. Therefore, the Customer receives a prize in the form of cashback of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah) plus 1 Prodia Gift Voucher: Premium Medical Check Up which can only be used by the Policyholder of the Insurance Product purchased by Customer A.

Customer A gets a Cashback Prize because the value of the Prize is more than IDR10,000,000.00

• Customer B purchased PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 500,000,000.00 (five hundred million rupiah). After checking, the Customer is a Privilege Customer who does not have an active policy of RP Insurance Products and/or SP Insurance Products for the last 12 months. Therefore, the Customer receives a Gift in the form of cashback of 8% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 40,000,000.00 (forty million rupiah) plus an additional Gift for NTI Customers of 3% of IDR 500,000,000.00 = IDR 15,000,000.00. The total value of the Prize received by the Customer is IDR 55,000,000 (fifty five million rupiah) in the form of cashback, and no Prodia Voucher Prize.

Customer B gets a Cashback Prize because the value of the Prize is more than IDR1 0,000,000.00

• Customer C purchased PPWT-RP Pay 5 product with a premium of IDR150,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifty million rupiah) and PPKA-RP Pay 8 product with a premium of IDR 350,000,000.00 (three hundred and fifty million rupiah). After checking, the Customer is a Privilege Customer who has an active Rp Insurance Product policy. Therefore, the Customer obtained the following Prize:

i. Prize for PPWT-RP Pay 5 product refers to the Prize Tiering of IDR Insurance Products, the Customer is entitled to get a Prize in the form of an e-voucher worth 6% x IDR 150,000,000.00 (one hundred and fifty million rupiah) = IDR 9,000,000.00 (nine million rupiah).

ii. Prize for PPKA-RP Pay 8 product refers to the Prize Tiering of IDR Insurance Products, the Customer is entitled to get a Cashback Prize worth 8% x IDR 350,000,000.00 (three hundred fifty million rupiah) = IDR 28,000,000.00 (twenty-eight million rupiah).

iii. Prodia Voucher Prize: 1 (one) Premium Medical Check Up which can only be used by the Policyholder of the Insurance Product purchased by Customer C.

Customer C received e-voucher Gift for PPWT-RP Pay 5 product because the Gift value is less than IDR.10,000,000.00 and received Cashback Gift for PPKA-RP Pay 5 product because the Gift value is more than IDR.10,000,000.00, the Gift is given per policy. However, the Customer only receives 1 (one) Prodia Voucher because Privilege Customers can only receive a maximum of 1 (one) Prodia Voucher, and multiples are not applicable.

  4. The products and/or services of Prodia are not the products and responsibilities of Bank Danamon and are therefore the sole responsibility of Prodia. If there are any problems and/or complaints related to the products and/or services from Prodia, the Customer may contact info@prodia.co.id or telephone number 1-500-830.
  1. The Insurance Product marketed by Bank Danamon in connection with this Program is an insurance product of Manulife Indonesia whose marketing is carried out in cooperation with Bank Danamon so that this product is not the product and responsibility of Bank Danamon and is not the scope of the guarantee program by Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
  2. The responsibility of the Insurance Product is entirely the responsibility of Manulife Indonesia.
  3. The use of Bank Danamon's logo and/or attributes is only intended to show the cooperation between Manulife Indonesia and Bank Danamon.
  4. The insurance membership application process including the insurance product underwriting process is the authority of Manulife Indonesia, so Bank Danamon is not responsible in connection with Manulife Indonesia's decision on the Customer's membership application.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, fraud, transaction irregularities, improper transactions, indications of money laundering and / or actions that are not in accordance with statutory regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel Program participation, and give Gifts to the Customer concerned. The customer remains obliged to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The Customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the "General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services" or "General Terms and Conditions of Syariah Banking Accounts and Services". Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon's products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, are declared to remain in force and bind the Customer and become an integral part of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program. In the event of any difference or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  8. If there is one provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program which due to a government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void, this does not affect the validity of other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and these other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as specified in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. The customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event that there are changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Customer does not file an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Customer obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  10. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  11. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee.
  12. Manulife Indonesia is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Customers must be careful of fraud committed by individuals on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other / third parties associated with or on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
