0% My Own Installment Program through D-Bank PRO

The General Terms and Conditions of the 0% My Own Installment Program through D-Bank PRO ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions applicable to Cardholders who participate in the 0% My Own Installment Program through D-Bank PRO (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") and form an integral part of the Cardholder's application through D-Bank PRO (“Application").



The Program Period is from 15 August 2025 to 31 December 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers who are active Bank Danamon credit card and charge card holders during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who make transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon Employees.

Hereinafter referred to as (“Cardholder”).

  1. Cardholders must read, understand, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program when applying for installments through D-Bank PRO by Danamon.
  2. Cardholders must register by filling out and submitting their participation in the Program through the D-Bank PRO application, which is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applies to all Danamon Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express) and Danamon Charge Cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) (“Card”).
  5. This Program does not apply to corporate cards.
  6. The Card must be active, not overdue, and not blocked.
  7. The Card and transactions included and submitted to this Program are the Card and transactions selected by the primary Cardholder through the D-Bank PRO application.
  8. The Program quota is 450 (four hundred fifty) first Cardholders who apply for the My Own Instalment product through the D-Bank PRO channel during the Program Period (“Program Quota”). Cardholders understand and agree that if the Program Quota is exhausted before the Program Period ends, customers cannot participate in the Program.
  9. The minimum transaction amount that can be converted into installments is IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), and the maximum transaction amount that can be converted into installments is IDR 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah), with an installment period of 6 (six) months.

  12. Transactions that can be converted into instalments are only retail transactions and do not include cash advances, insurance premium payments, money transfers, bill payments, instalment transactions or those that have been converted into instalments, and transaction fees.
  13. Transactions conducted in currencies other than the Indonesian Rupiah will be converted to the Indonesian Rupiah in accordance with the conversion terms based on the exchange rates applicable to Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express, as well as the conversion fees set by Bank Danamon at the time the transaction is recorded by Bank Danamon. Therefore, there is a possibility that the transaction amount in Indonesian Rupiah displayed on the D-Bank PRO application before the transaction is may differ from the transaction amount in Indonesian Rupiah after the transaction is recorded.
  14. The installment amount displayed on the D-Bank PRO application confirmation page is only an estimated calculation based on the cardholder's chosen tenor and interest rate. The actual installment amount is as stated on the cardholder's statement.
  15. nterest charges and administrative fees will follow the selected installment period and will be applied to the cardholder for each transaction converted into installments.
  16. Installment interest is calculated using a fixed installment method, where the total fixed installment will have a composition of loan principal and interest that is not the same each month, with the composition reversing from the first installment until the final installment payment is made at Bank Danamon.
  17. The conversion of transactions into installments will be processed within 1-2 (one to two) business days after the transaction is successfully recorded. If the transaction is not successfully recorded within 5 (five) business days, the Program application will be cancelled.
  18. If necessary, Bank Danamon, at its discretion, will confirm via telephone to the mobile phone number of the Cardholder recorded in Bank Danamon's system.
  19. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Cardholder's participation in the Program if they do not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and/or based on Bank Danamon's assessment/examination, they are found to be not in accordance with Bank Danamon's policies.
  20. The Cardholder will receive a notification of the Program application via email to the Cardholder's email address registered in Bank Danamon's system.
  21. Any early repayment or cancellation of a Program transaction will be subject to a penalty fee of 5% (five percent) of the outstanding principal amount of the Program loan and any applicable interest at the time (if any).
  22. For any late payment of a Program installment, the Cardholder will be charged a late payment fee in accordance with the applicable fee schedule of Bank Danamon.
  23. In the event the Cardholder fails to pay the minimum credit card or Danamon Charge Card bill (or fails to pay the full amount specifically for the Danamon Charge Card American Express) for two (2) consecutive months on the due date, Bank Danamon will charge the entire remaining principal amount of the loan plus a penalty fee of 5% (five percent) of the remaining principal amount of the Program, late payment fees and interest accruing at that time (if any).
  24. For the purposes of this Program, the Cardholder hereby authorises Bank Danamon to convert transactions made with the Cardholder's Card into installments.
  25. The Cardholder understands that:
    a. Converting a transaction into installments will reduce the number of D-Points or Membership Rewards Points earned from the transaction.
    b. If the Cardholder requests cancellation of the instalments, the D-Points or Membership Rewards Points will not be refunded.
 
  1. Cardholders may file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id
  2. The procedures regarding complaint services applicable at Bank Danamon can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products, services, and/or transactions, as long as not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and become an integral part of this Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services’ and ‘General Terms and Conditions of Dana Instant’. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or irregular transactions, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction and/or cancel participation in the Program. The Customer remains obliged to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia.
  7. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).

 

WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
