100% BONUS PROGRAM FOR CONVERTING D-POINTS OR MEMBERSHIP REWARDS® POINTS INTO AIRASIA POINTS

The General Terms and Conditions of the 100% Bonus Program for Converting D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia Points (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the 100% Bonus Program for Converting D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points into AirAsia Points (“Program”), organized by PT BIGLIFE Digital Indonesia (“AirAsia”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

The Program will be conducted during the period from July 12th, 2025, to July 31st, 2025, or until the total allocation of 2,000,000 bonus AirAsia Points has been fully redeemed in accordance with this Program, whichever occurs first (“Program Period”).

This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and transact using the Danamon Grab Credit Card, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards (“Program Participants”); and
  2. AirAsia members registered as members of the loyalty and rewards program operated by AirAsia (“AirAsia Points”) and who have a unique registration number at the time of participating in the Program. If a Program Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the time of the Program Period, the Program Participant must register as an AirAsia member through the AirAsia website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) or the AirAsia mobile app before participating in the Program. Any AirAsia membership registration made by a Program Participant after the Program Period will disqualify the Program Participant from the Program.
  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant's participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applicable to Program Participants who hold and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Cards, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  5. The Program runs during the Program Period or until all 2,000,000 AirAsia Points bonuses have been fully utilised in accordance with this Program, whichever comes first.
  6. Program Participants are subject to the AirAsia Points conversion structure at the Bank and must successfully convert the points into AirAsia Points through the Bank’s platform.
  7. Program Participants who meet the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive bonus AirAsia Points based on the table below:

  8. Program Participants can convert a maximum of 50,000 AirAsia Points from D-Points or Membership Rewards points® Points during the Program Period.
  9. AirAsia Bonus Points are calculated based on the AirAsia Points converted and earned in accordance with the conversion rate set by the bank.
  10. All AirAsia Points bonuses earned under this Program will be credited to the AirAsia member account that meets the Program Terms and Conditions within 60 (sixty) working days (or another period deemed appropriate by AirAsia) after the end of the Program Period, provided that AirAsia receives all information deemed necessary. This does not include invalid, cancelled, or exchanged conversions, in which case no AirAsia Points will be awarded to Program Participants under this Program.
  11. AirAsia Bonus Points earned through this Program are valid for 6 (six) months from the date the AirAsia Bonus Points are credited to the AirAsia member account. Any AirAsia Bonus Points not used during their validity period will expire without notice or compensation.
  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card Membership with American Express. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The products, services, and/or benefits provided by AirAsia are the responsibility of AirAsia and are not the products or responsibility of the Bank. If there are any issues and/or complaints regarding such products, services, and/or benefits, please contact AirAsia
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not submit any objections within the aforementioned period. If Program Participants do not accept such changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations of Program Participants to the Bank (if any).
  4. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program to the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately notify Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Program Participants are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
