The General Terms and Conditions of the New Bill Payment Registration Program at D-Bank PRO and Get GrabGift IDR 100,000 ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the New Bill Payment Registration Program at D-Bank PRO and Get GrabGift IDR 100,000 (“Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").
Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all the terms and conditions of this General Terms and Conditions of this Program with the following terms and conditions:
The Program Period is from 15 August 2025 to 31stAugust 2025 (“Program Period”).
Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

Danamon Bank customers who have individual Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards issued by Danamon Bank (“Cards")

Cards must be active, have no outstanding balances, and not be blocked.

Customers must have the D-Bank PRO app during the Program Period.

The Program is only applicable to customers who have never made a transaction using the Bill Payment feature through the D-Bank PRO app.

The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.
hereinafter referred to as “Customer".

Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

Customers must register for the new Bill Payment feature through D-Bank PRO during the program period and have a debit transaction history in 1 (one) or 2 (two) months after registration. (“Transactions”).

Each bill payment Transaction shall be subject to all applicable Terms and Conditions of each biller.

Customers who make Transactions in accordance with the provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program during the Program Period are entitled to receive a GrabGift voucher worth IDR 100,000 (GrabFood) (“Prize").

Each CIF is entitled to a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the Program Period.

The Prize quota is 450 transactions during the Program Period (“Monthly Quota”).

Customers understand and agree that if the Monthly Quota has been exhausted at the time the Customer makes a Transaction, the Customer will not receive a Prize.

By registering for Bill Payment through D-Bank PRO with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The submission made by the Customer constitutes valid proof of participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Every Customer who wishes to receive a Reward from this Program must ensure that the mobile phone number registered in the Bank's system is also registered in the Customer's Grab account.

The Reward will be credited to the Customer's Grab account within a maximum of 2 (two) months after the month in which the Transaction was completed, as simulated below:

The reward can only be used if the Customer makes a transaction on the Grab App using a Danamon Bank Credit Card as the payment method in the GrabFood service feature.

The Customer will not receive the reward if, after 3 (three) attempts, the mobile phone number registered in the bank's system is not also registered in the Customer's Grab account at the time the reward is credited by Bank Danamon.

The crediting attempt will be made 3 times. If, after 3 attempts, the customer's mobile phone number is still not registered in the Grab app, the GrabGift will be deemed void. The process will be repeated as follows:

Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain valid and binding on the Customer and constitute an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership’, ‘Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’, and ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’. These terms and conditions remain valid unless otherwise stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, general terms and conditions, or other changes, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable laws. The Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to have agreed to such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all of the Customer's outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.

The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.

If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, suspend the use of the card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or revoke the Award granted to the relevant Customer. Customers remain obligated to settle all of their obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).
WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
