QRIS Transaction Cashback Program 80% up to IDR 80K

General Terms and Conditions of the QRIS Transaction Cashback Program for Indonesia's Independence Day 2025 – 80% (eighty percent) Cashback Up to IDR 80,000.00 (eighty thousand Rupiah) ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms-the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the QRIS Transaction Cashback Program for Indonesia's Independence Day 2025 – 80% Cashback (eighty percent) up to IDR 80,000.00 (eighty thousand Rupiah) (“Program") organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:



The program is implemented during the period from 15 to 18 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Bank customers who have an active Danamon savings account during the Program Period.
  2. Customers who make transactions as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank customers who have and are registered on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO application during the Program Period.
  4. The Program is also valid for Bank Employees.

hereinafter referred to as “Customer”.

  1. Customers are required to read and understand the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program is a reward in the form of cashback worth 80% up to IDR 40,000 (forty thousand rupiah) with a minimum transaction of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah) per transaction. ("Program Reward").
  5. The Program is valid for Customers who have an account and are registered with the latest version of D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to comply with the Program and to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Customers will receive Program Reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as long as the quota is available.
  2. The provisions regarding the Program Reward quota are as follows:
    1. Customers make payment transactions using QRIS D-Bank PRO with funds sourced from Savings and/or Credit Cards with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. WIB during the Program Period at any merchant (“Transaction”).
    2. The Program Reward is a Cashback worth 80% (eighty percent) up to Rp 40,000 (forty thousand) Rupiah with a minimum transaction amount of Rp 50,000.00 (fifty thousand) Rupiah per transaction.
    3. 1 (one) Customer Information File (CIF) is eligible to receive Cashback a maximum of 8 (eight) times during the Program Period, or 2 (two) Cashback per day.
    4. The Cashback quota is 33,900 (thirty-three thousand nine hundred) transactions during the Program Period or 8,475 (eight thousand four hundred seventy-five) per day (“Program Quota”).
    5. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
    6. The maximum Cashback that a Customer can receive is Rp 80,000.00 (eighty thousand rupiah) per day.
  3. Program rewards will be credited to the Savings Account used by the Customer for transactions on D-Bank PRO within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days after the Program Period in the month in which the Transaction was made ends.
  4. The transaction verification process is entirely at the Bank's discretion.
  5. Participation in this Program is free of charge for Customers.
  6. Customers understand and agree that if the Program Quota has been used up before the Program Period ends, they will not receive any Cashback.
  7. The Bank will deposit any tax deductions (if any) on the Cashback rewards to the competent tax authorities. All matters relating to the calculation and reporting of taxes on Cashback received by the Customer are the sole responsibility of the Customer (self-assessment basis).
  8. In the event that the Customer's account used to conduct Transactions is inactive, blocked or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Cashback, the Customer hereby acknowledges that Cashback cannot be given.
  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id yang tersedia 24/7.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the ‘General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services’, ‘General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO’, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  2. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Customer has the right to submit their objections in writing to the Bank within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to such changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  3. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations in force, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  5. If any provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or void by law due to a government or court decision, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are found or if fraud is suspected, Cardholders are advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Bank of Indonesia (BI) and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency (LPS).

 

WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of the Bank by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are beyond the authority of the Bank.
