Mutual Fund Transaction Cashback up to IDR 269K

This general Terms and Conditions of MF Online Starter Program(“Program Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the MF Online Starter Program (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Program Period starts from 16 July to 16 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

Individual customers who have registered with Bank Danamon (existing to bank) or who will be registered with Bank Danamon (new to bank).

Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.


  1. Before participating in the program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the program and agree to the program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer's participation in this program if the Customer does not meet the program Terms and Conditions or there are other reasons for the rejection or cancellation.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  4. Customers can participate in the program with the following provisions:

    a. Make a mutual fund purchase transaction through the D-Bank PRO by Danamon application with a minimum amount of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) or USD 100 (one hundred US dollars).

    b. Customers who have purchased mutual funds during the Program Period with the amount as stated above (including Bank Danamon employees) are entitled to receive cashback as regulated as follows:


    *ETP is a customer who already has a SID and makes their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon.

    **NTP is a customer who does not have a SID before this program period, then registers for a SID at a branch, and makes their first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon.

    ***Cashback is given to the Customer who makes the fastest mutual fund transaction during the Program Period.

    c. The program does not apply to multiples and customers are only entitled to receive 1 cashback during the program period.

    d. To be eligible as NTP, SID creation must be done in the same month as the purchase transaction (subscription).

  5. Mutual fund products that apply to this Program are all mutual fund products, with the following provisions:

    a. Does not apply to money market funds.

    b. Specifically for equity funds, minimum subscription fee of 0.75%.

    c. Specifically for balanced and fixed income funds, minimum subscription fee of 0.5%.

    d. Specifically for mutual fund products from Manulife Asset Management Indonesia, the minimum fee provisions in points b and c do not apply.

    e. Including any additional mutual fund products distributed by Bank Danamon in the future that meet the criteria in points a, b, and c above.

  6. By the Customer making a Transaction and participating in the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions.
  1. Prizes will be awarded within a maximum period of 45 (forty five) working days from the end of the month of the Customer's transaction period.
  2. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah currency in accordance with the applicable program scheme.
  3. In the event that the Customer's account status is inactive, blocked or other conditions that prevent the crediting of Prizes, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the provision of prizes cannot be made.
  4. The Customer's participation in this Program is free of charge and the Customer is fully responsible for tax obligations (if any) for the Cashback obtained in accordance with the applicable tax provisions in Indonesia from time to time.

MF Online Starter Program Simulation as follows:

1. Illustration 1 - Customer A (Eligible for ETP)

Customer A is a customer who already has a SID and has transacted mutual funds through a branch. However, the customer made his first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon, namely purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus of IDR 2,000,000 on July 20, 2025. In this illustration, Customer A is eligible to receive a prize as an ETP (existing to product), so the prize of IDR 169,000 will be credited to the customer's account no later than 45 working days after the current month (July) ends.

2. Illustration 2 - Customer B (Eligible for NTP)

Customer B is a customer who does not yet have a SID. The customer then registers for a SID at a branch on July 18, 2025 and makes the first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon, namely buying Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus for IDR 2,000,000 on July 20, 2025. In this illustration, Customer A is eligible to receive a prize as an NTP (new to product), because he just registered for a SID after the program period started and made a transaction with an eligible amount and product. So the prize of IDR 269,000 will be credited to the customer's account no later than 45 working days after the current month (July) ends.

3. Illustration 3 - Customer C (Product does not meet requirements)

Customer C is a customer who does not yet have a SID. The customer then registers for a SID at a branch on July 18, 2025 and makes his first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon, namely buying Schroder Dana Likuid of IDR 5,000,000 on July 20, 2025. In this illustration, Customer C is not eligible to receive a prize as an NTP (new to product), because even though he has registered for a SID after the program period started and made a transaction in the same month, the product he subscribed to is not eligible because it is a money market product.

4. Illustration 4 - Customer D (Making transactions in a different month than the month in which the SID was created)

Customer D is a customer who does not yet have a SID. The customer then registers for a SID at a branch on July 18, 2025 and makes his first mutual fund transaction through D-Bank PRO by Danamon, namely buying Schroder Dana Prestasi of IDR 5,000,000 on August 10, 2025.

In this illustration, Customer D is not eligible to receive a prize as an NTP (new to product), because even though he has registered for a SID and made a transaction with an eligible amount and product, the transaction was made in a different month from the creation of the SID. But customers will remain eligible as ETP (Existing to Product).

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id which is available 24/7.
  2. Procedures regarding customer complaint services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the Program Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on Customers and form an inseparable part of the Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Program Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products”, and “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO by Danamon Services”.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/change/complete the Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the Program Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obliged to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. This Program Terms and Conditions has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
  7. If there is a provision in the Program Terms and Conditions which due to a Government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by law, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in the Program Terms and Conditions, and the other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as determined in the Program Terms and Conditions.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.
  9. This Program Terms and Conditions is made in two languages (Indonesian and English), in the event of any difference in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version will apply.

Beware of fraud. Make sure you are careful and not fooled by individuals who claim to be from Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by other/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
