5% Cashback from Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH PRO

General Terms and Conditions
of the 5% Cashback Program for Danamon LEBIH Debit/ATM Cards 

The General Terms and Conditions of the 5% Cashback Program for Danamon LEBIH Debit/ATM Cards (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers participating in the 5% Cashback Program for Danamon LEBIH Debit/ATM Cards (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and are bound by all the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The program is valid from 1 August 2025 to 28 February 2026 (“Program Period”).

  1. This program is only valid for customers who have a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB savings account and make transactions using a Danamon Debit/ATM Card with the GPN and Mastercard logos (“Customers”).
  2. This program is not valid for Danamon Privilege Bank customers.
  1. Customers must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse participation of any Customer who does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are solely responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The following provisions apply to the Program:
    1. Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB
      1. For Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account holders, customers are required to make purchases at any merchant, either offline or online, located outside Indonesia (“Overseas Transactions”), and/or make purchases at merchants registered with Mastercard as gas stations and/or grocery stores, either offline or online (“Eligible Merchants”), located within the country (“Domestic Transactions”) using a Danamon Debit/ATM Card bearing the GPN and Mastercard logos to receive a cashback of 5% subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the table below:

        *) The maximum cashback for new customers only applies to Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions made in the same month as the month in which the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account was opened.
      2. The accumulated average balance of all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB accounts held by the Customer must be at least IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) during the Program Period.
      3. If the Customer has more than 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the transactions eligible for cashback are Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions from all Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO accounts held by the Customer (accumulated).
    2. Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB Cashback Scheme
      1. Exclusively for Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB savings account holders, customers are required to make domestic transactions using a Danamon Debit/ATM Card with the GPN and Mastercard logos to receive a 5% cashback with the following conditions:

      2. The accumulated average balance of all Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts held by the Customer must be at least IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah) during the Program Period.
      3. If the Customer has more than 1 (one) Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account, the transactions eligible for cashback are Domestic Transactions from all Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts held by the Customer (accumulated).
    3. The program is applicable to customers who conduct transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and whose transactions are recorded in the Bank's system during the calculation month in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account in accordance with the respective schemes in points 4a and 4b.
    4. The program does not apply to transactions made via ATM, D-Bank PRO by Danamon, or transactions on e-commerce platforms using direct debit facilities.
    5. e. One customer (one CIF) is only eligible for 1 (one) cashback per month during the Program Period.If a Customer has a Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account and a Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB account (under the same CIF), the Customer is only eligible for 1 Cashback Scheme.
    6. If the Customer's Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions in the Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account are in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (point C.4.a), the Customer will only receive cashback in accordance with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme and will not be eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme, even if they meet the requirements of the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (point C.4.b). If the Customer's Overseas Transactions and/or Domestic Transactions in their Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account do not comply with the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme (clause C.4.a), the Customer will not receive cashback under the Danamon LEBIH PRO Cashback Scheme, but the Customer remains eligible for the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme provided they meet the terms and conditions of the Danamon LEBIH Cashback Scheme (Section C.4.b).
  5. The average balance of Danamon LEBIH PRO/Danamon LEBIH PRO iB/Danamon LEBIH/Danamon LEBIH iB accounts belonging to Customers participating in this Program is calculated from the 1st to the end of the current month (1 month, from the 1st to the 31st). This calculation involves summing the daily balances (end-of-day balances) over a month, then dividing by the number of days in that month.
  6. By conducting transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program during the Program Period, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer serve as valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customer A meets the minimum average balance requirement for Danamon LEBIH PRO savings accounts (with an average balance of IDR 9,050,000 (nine million fifty thousand rupiah), and meets the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using the Danamon Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

    In October 2025, Customer D did not meet the minimum average balance requirement for the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 300,000 (three hundred thousand rupiah) calculated from 1 August to 31 August 2025), but Customer D met the minimum requirement for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using the Danamon Debit/ATM Card amounting to IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah). The customer is not eligible for cashback because the average balance is less than IDR 5,000,000 (five million rupiah).

    Customer G (existing customer) has a Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account and a Danamon LEBIH iB savings account. In this case, transactions in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account will be calculated first.

    In August 2025, Customer G meets the minimum average balance requirement in the Danamon LEBIH PRO iB savings account (with an average balance of IDR 29,000.000 (twenty-nine million rupiah), and meets the minimum requirements for the accumulation of Overseas Transactions and Domestic Transactions using the Danamon Debit/ATM Card, with the following details:

    Customer G meets the minimum transaction accumulation criteria and will receive Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Cashback of IDR 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand rupiah), and even though there are transactissons that meet the requirements of the Danamon LEBIH iB Cashback Scheme, transactions on Danamon LEBIH iB products are not counted because a customer can only receive 1x cashback scheme per month.
  1. Cashback for the Danamon LEBIH PRO/ Danamon LEBIH PRO iB scheme, will only be credited to the customer’s active Danamon LEBIH PRO/ Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Rupiah currency account at the time of cashback disbursement, if a customer has more than one Danamon LEBIH PRO/ Danamon LEBIH PRO iB account, the cashback will be credited to the account with the largest accumulated transacation value.
  2. Cashback for the Danamon LEBIH / Danamon LEBIH iB scheme, will only be credited to the customer’s active Danamon LEBIH/ Danamon LEBIH iB account at the time of cashback disbursement, if a customer has more than one Danamon LEBIH / Danamin LEBIH iB account, the cashback will be credited to the account with the largest accumulated transaction value
  3. Cashback for overseas transactions will be provided in Rupiah (converted beforehand according to the exchange rate applicable at Bank Danamon for the month of the transaction)
  4. The Cashback will be credited a maximum of 30 (thirty) business days after the last day of the program period.
  5. Bank Danamon will remit any applicable tax deductions arising (if any) from the cashback to Tax Authority. All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes on the cashback received by the customer are entirely the customer’s responsibility (self-assessment basis)
  1. Customers can file complaints regarding banking transactions/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. The transaction verification process is the sole authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. These General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Sharia Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon Debit/ATM Cards”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH PRO iB Savings”, “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH Savings”, and “General Terms and Conditions for Danamon LEBIH iB Savings”. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not accept the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, indications of money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel the Customer's participation in the Program, and/or revoke the Cashback for the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or cannot be enforced or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by a government regulation or court decision, such provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, and the other provisions shall remain valid and binding and enforceable as provided in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority and the interest guarantee provisions under the regulations of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Warning

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising gifts of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
