New Registration for Bill Payment at D-Bank PRO and Receive a GrabGift of IDR 100,000

The General Terms and Conditions of the New Bill Payment Registration Program at D-Bank PRO and Get GrabGift Rp100,000 (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the New Bill Payment Registration Program at D-Bank PRO and Receive a GrabGift of IDR 100,000 (“Program”) organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

Customers hereby agree and are bound by all the terms and conditions of these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, subject to the following terms and conditions:

This Program is valid from 16 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

Customers eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Danamon Bank customers who have individual Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards issued by Danamon Bank ("Cards").
  2. The Card must be active, have no outstanding balances, and not be blocked.
  3. Customers must have the D-Bank PRO app during the Program Period.
  4. The Program is only applicable to customers who have never made a transaction using the Bill Payment feature through the D-Bank PRO app.
  5. The Program also applies to Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as “Customers”.

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers must read, understand, and agree to the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other terms and conditions of the Program, as well as the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Programme if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Programme.
  3. The Customer is solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from the Customer's participation in and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must register for the Bill Payment feature through D-Bank PRO during the programme period and have a transaction history of debits in 1 (one) or 2 (two) months following the registration month. (“Transactions”).
  5. Customers who make Transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program during the Program Period are entitled to receive a GrabGift voucher worth IDR 100,000 (GrabFood) (“Prize”).
  6. Each 1 (one) CIF is entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Prize during the Program Period.
  7. The Prize quota is 500 Transactions per month during the Program Period (“Monthly Quota”).
  8. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Monthly Quota has been exhausted at the time the Customer makes a Transaction, the Customer will not receive the Prize.
By registering for Bill Payment through D-Bank PRO with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The submission made by the Customer constitutes valid proof of participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Every Customer who wishes to receive a Reward from this Program must ensure that the Customer's mobile phone number registered in the Bank's system is also registered in the Customer's Grab account.
  2. The reward will be credited to the Customer's Grab account within a maximum of 2 (two) months after the month in which the Transaction ends, with the following simulation:

  3. The reward can only be used if the customer makes a transaction on the Grab app using a Danamon Bank Credit Card as the payment method in the GrabFood service feature.
  4. Customers will not receive the Reward if, after 3 (three) attempts, the mobile phone number registered in the bank's system is not also registered in the customer's Grab account at the time the Reward is credited by Bank Danamon.
  5. The crediting attempt will be made 3 times. If, after 3 attempts, the customer's mobile phone number is still not registered in the Grab app, the customer's GrabGift will be deemed void. The process will be repeated as follows:

  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products and/or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Danamon Bank branch or Hello Danamon: 1-500-090 (GSM) or via email at: hellodanamon@danamon.co.id , available 24 hours a day.
  2. The complete procedures and mechanisms regarding customer complaint services refer to the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services, or can be accessed on the Bank's official website at the following link: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products and/or services, to the extent not otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, shall remain in full force and effect and shall be binding on the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, “Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership”, and “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO”. These terms and conditions shall remain in effect unless otherwise provided in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, general terms and conditions, or other changes, Bank Danamon will notify the Customer in any form and through any means in accordance with applicable laws. The Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Customer to have approved the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not approve the changes, the Customer has the right to close the product and/or service after first settling all outstanding obligations owed by the Customer to Bank Danamon.
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, deception, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, suspend the use of the card, cancel participation in the Program, or revoke the award given to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority..
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

Customers are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon .
