CASHBACK PROGRAM FOR BILLER PAYMENT ADMINISTRATION FEES AND E-WALLET TOP-UPS

The General Terms and Conditions of this Program ("General Terms and Conditions of this Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who participate in the Cashback on Biller Payment and E-Wallet Top-Up Administrative Fees Program organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program as follows:

The Program Period is from 4 September 2025 to 30 September 2025. (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who have the D-Bank PRO 2.0 application during the Program Period and have an active Danamon savings account.
  2. The program is valid for Bank Danamon employees.

hereinafter referred to as (“Customer").

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Programme, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Programme if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Customers are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must have an account and be registered with the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid evidence of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of this Program while quotas are available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of cashback (“Reward”) of up to 100% of the administration fee for biller and/or E-Wallet transactions, with a maximum cashback of IDR 5,000 (five thousand Rupiah). Cashback is given for biller payment and/or E-Wallet Top Up transactions with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah).
  3. The Reward quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. Customers conduct biller transactions and/or top up their e-wallets with partners/service providers listed on the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
    2. Biller transactions include payments for: (1) PLN, (2) PLN Token Top-Ups, (3) BPJS, (4) PDAM, (5) Subscription TV, (6) Insurance Premiums, (7) Game Vouchers, (8) Streaming Vouchers, and (9) Mobile Credit or Data Package Purchases.
    3. The following are included in E-Wallet Service Providers: (1) ShopeePay, (2) OVO, (3) Dana, (4) GoPay, and (5) LinkAja.
    4. For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File), customers are only entitled to a maximum of 7 (seven) rewards during the programme period.
    5. The cashback quota is 140,000 (one hundred and forty thousand) transactions during the Program Period or 20,000 (twenty thousand) customers during the Program Period ("Program Quota").
    6. The cashback that customers will receive is cashback on the admin fee for biller transactions only, not from the total biller transaction amount.
  4. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's account used to conduct Bank Transactions no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month in which the Transaction was conducted.
  5. There is no charge for Customer participation in this Program.
  6. The transaction verification process is entirely at the discretion of Bank Danamon.
  7. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Cashback quota has been exhausted before the end of the Program Period, the Customer will not receive Cashback.
  8. In the event that the Customer's account used to conduct the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Cashback, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the provision of Cashback cannot be made.
