Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, Z Flip7, or S25 Series – 0% Installments up to 24-Months, Admin Fee Only IDR 69K with Danamon Direct Debit!

This Program shall be effective from August 25, 2025 - September 7, 2025 (“Program Period”)

This Program shall be limited to customers of Bank Danamon who meet the following criteria (“Customer”):

1. Individuals who are invited by Bank Danamon via email; and
2. Purchase Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7, or Samsung Galaxy S25 series at the following Blibli Offline Stores (“Blibli Official Store”):

1. Customer is required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
   
2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel Customer’s participation in this Program if Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
   
3. Customer shall be solely responsible for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from or in connection with Customer’s participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program. 
   
4. Customer shall:
   
1. present the invitation email from Bank Danamon confirming that Customer has received an invitation to participate in the Program, to the Partner’s Sales Agent at the Blibli Offline Store as specified in Section II; 
   
2. hold one of the following active individual Bank Danamon savings account: 
   
1. Danamon Save Savings Account;
   
2. Danamon LEBIH Savings Account;
   
3. Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings Account; or
   
4. Fleximax Savings Account;
   
3. Open a saving account through the D-Bank PRO mobile application in accordance with the requirements set forth in subsection b above (if Customer does not yet hold one of the active accounts as specified in such requirements);
   
4. download the My Home Credit application through the link or barcode provided by the Home Credit Sales Agent at the Blibli Offline Store;
   
5. purchase Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 or Samsung Galaxy S25 series product at the Blibli Offline Store as listed in Section II, using financing (24-month tenor) from the Partner through My Home Credit application during the Program Period;
   
6. use Danamon Direct Debit (recurring) as the payment source for installments of the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 or Samsung Galaxy S25 series product as specified in subsection (e), by registering/binding Direct Debit using the Bank Danamon savings account which specified in this Program (in subsection b) in the Partner’s My Home Credit mobile application (for Danamon LEBIH PRO saving account, the debit will be conducted from the account in rupiah currency).
   
5. For purchases made in accordance with the requirements set forth in subsection 4 above, Customer who meets the applicable credit underwriting criteria of the Partner and are approved by the Partner shall be eligible to receive financing from the Partner under the following terms (“HCI Financing Promotion”):

   Tenor	24 months + 2 months	The available installment tenor is 24 (twenty-four) months. In the event of a late payment by the Customer, a penalty fee equivalent to 2 (two) months of the installment amount shall apply, resulting in a total of 26 installment payments.
   Administrative Fee	IDR 69,000.00	Customer shall receive a special administrative fee of IDR 69,000.00 (sixty-nine thousand rupiah) provided that Customer makes a purchase at Blibli Offline Store in accordance wih the provisions set forth in this General Terms and Conditions.

   
   
6. As stipulated in Clause III.5, the Customer may purchase more than one (1) product, provided that the financing limit remains sufficient and/or subject to the Partner’s approval.
   
7. By conducting transactions in accordance with this General Terms and Conditions of the Program, Customer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by this General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Such transactions shall constitute conclusive evidence of Customer’s participation in the Program and agreement to be bound by this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
   
8. Customer’s participation in this Program shall not be subject to any fees whatsoever.

Example Program Illustration:

1. Program Illustration Flow 1 (Illustration of Customer who already maintains a Bank Danamon account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, receives Partner Finacing Promotion, and makes installment payments on time):
1. Customer A intends to conduct a transaction for the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 using Partner financing at Blibli Offline Store valued at IDR 14,999,000.00 on August 28, 2025.
   
2. Customer A already maintains a Danamon LEBIH PRO account and agrees to complete registration/binding of Danamon Direct Debit, whereby Customer shall be entitled to submit a Financing application from the Partner with Partner Financing Promotion.
   
3. If Customer A meets the Financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner (Partner credit underwriting), then the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit application shall be approved and executed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion.
   
4. Based on analysis conducted by the Partner regarding Customer A’s profile, the interest rate on Customer A’s installments shall be 0%.
   
5. The administrative fee for Partner Financing that must be paid by Customer A shall be IDR 69,000.00.
   
6. Subsequently, Customer A shall be directed to complete binding of Danamon Direct Debit for such Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 financing purchase contract in the My Home Credit mobile application.
   
7. In September 2025, Customer A shall make the first installment payment of IDR 627,800.00 and monthly fees of IDR 10,000.00 each subsequent month automatically and on time for 24 months through the previously connected Danamon direct debit, provided that the balance is sufficient.
2. Program Illustration Flow 2 (Illustration of Customer who does not yet maintain a Bank Danamon account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, receives Partner Financing Promotion, and makes installment payments on time)
   
1. Customer B intends to conduct a transaction for the purchase of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 using Partner financing at Blibli Offline Store valued at IDR 12,999,000.00 on August 30, 2025.
   
2. Customer B does not yet maintain a Danamon account, whereby Customer B shall be directed to complete account opening at a Danamon branch. After the account is established and Customer B agrees to complete registration/binding of Danamon Direct Debit, Customer shall be entitled to submit a Financing application from the Partner with Partner Financing Promotion.
   
3. If Customer B meets the Financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner (Partner credit underwriting), then the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit mobile application shall be approved and executed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion. 
   
4. Based on the analysis conducted by the Partner regarding Customer B’s profile, the interest rate on Customer B’s installments shall be 0%.
   
5. The administrative fee for Partner financing that must be paid by Customer B shall be IDR 69,000.00.
   
6. Subsequently, Customer B shall be directed to complete binding of Danamon Direct Debit for such Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 financing purchase contract.  
   
7. In September 2025, Customer B shall make the first installment payment of IDR 544,500.00 and monthly fees of IDR 10,000.00 each subsequent month automatically and on time for 24 months through the previously connected Danamon direct debit, provided that the balance is sufficient.
3. Program Illustration Flow 3 (Illustration of Customer who already maintains a Bank Danamon account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, receives Partner Financing Promotion, and fails to make installment payments on time)
   
1. Customer C intends to conduct a transaction for the purchase of Samsung Galaxy S25 using Partner financing at Blibli Offline Store valued at IDR 13,999,000.00 on September 2, 2025.
   
2. Customer C already maintains a Danamon LEBIH PRO account and agrees to complete registration/binding of Danamon Direct Debit, whereby Customer shall be entitled to submit a Financing application from the Partner with Partner Financing Promotion.
   
3. If Customer C meets the Financing analysis criteria applicable at the Partner (Partner credit underwriting), then the Partner financing contract in the My Home Credit mobile application shall be approved and executed with the applicable Partner Financing Promotion. 
   
4. Based on the analysis conducted by the Partner regarding Customer C's profile, the interest rate on Customer C's installments shall be 0%.
   
5. The administrative fee for Partner financing that must be paid by Customer C shall be IDR 69,000.00
   
6. Subsequently, Customer C shall be directed to complete binding of Danamon direct debit for such Samsung Galaxy S25 financing purchase contract in the My Home Credit mobile application. 
   
7. In October 2025, Customer C made the first installment payment of Rp586,200.00 and continued to pay a monthly fee of Rp10,000.00 via automatic direct debit from the Danamon account previously linked. However, in the 24th month, the account balance was insufficient and the Customer failed to top up the account before the due date. As a result, Customer C deemed late in making the installment payment and was subject to a penalty fee equivalent to 2 (two) months of the installment amount (Rp586,200.00/month), totaling Rp1,172,400.00. This penalty will be charged to the Customer in the 25th and 26th months, thereby extending the total installment period to 26 months.                            

1. Customer may file complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
   
2. Procedures regarding complaint services may be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/en/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.

1. The products and/or services offered by the Partner are not products and/or services of, nor are they the responsibility of, Bank Danamon. Accordingly, all liabilities arising therefrom shall rest solely with the Partner. For matters concerning the Partner’s products and/or services, including any complaints or grievances from Customers, the Partner may be contacted via WhatsApp/Call at (021) 2953 9600 or by email atcarehomecredit.co.id.
   
2. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall constitute an integral and inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Account and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH PRO Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon LEBIH Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Save Savings,” the “General Terms and Conditions of Fleximax Savings,” and the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Online Payment Direct Debit Services.” In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these provisions and the aforementioned terms and conditions, the provisions of this General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail. 
   
3. Should any provision of this General Terms and Conditions of the Program be deemed unlawful, unenforceable, invalid, or null and void by virtue of any government regulation or court decision, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
   
4. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement this General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any such amendment, modification, or supplement shall be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, or conditions under these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer shall have the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the date of such notification. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the changes should no objection be submitted within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the Program, provided that all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any) are first settled. Furthermore, the Customer hereby consents to the sharing of Customer data by the Partner with Bank Danamon solely for the purpose of validating the promotional eligibility under this Program.
   
5. The Customer represents and warrants that no transaction conducted or to be conducted is or will be indicative of money laundering or any other transaction prohibited under the prevailing laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
   
6. In the event of any indication of fraud, misconduct, abuse, irregular transaction, money laundering, or any action in violation of applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon’s products/services, revoke the Customer’s participation in the Program, and/or withhold any benefits under the Program. The Customer shall remain obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). 
   
7. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program is made in Bahasa Indonesia and English language. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in interpretation between the Indonesian and English versions, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
   
8. This General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been prepared in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations, including those issued by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan).
   
9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan).
10. PT Home Credit Indonesia (HCI) is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
