Member Get Member Program

These General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) H2 2023 Program ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to Customers participating in the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) H2 2023 Program ("Program") organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") and is an integral part of the Danamon Member Get Member (MGM) H2 2023 Program Participation Form ("Form").  

The Customer hereby agrees and is binded to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The registration period of the Program by the Referring Customer and the opening of the Referral Customer's account is from 1 September 2023 to 29 February 2024 ("Program Period").

  1. This program applies to all Bank Danamon Customers registered as Individual Banking Customers who refer new Bank Danamon Customers through this Program ("Referring Customers").
  2. Prospective new Bank Danamon Customers who are referred are prospective Individual Customers who have never opened or had products/services/accounts at Bank Danamon ("Referral Customers"). 
  3. The program does not apply to Bank Danamon employees. 

(Referring Customer and Referral Customer are collectively called "Customer").

  1. To participate in this Program, the Referring Customer must first register by signing the Form and signing the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Referring Customer must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. 
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of the Referring Customer and/or the granting of rewards for this Program at any time if the Referring Customer and/or Prospective Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Referring Customer is fully responsible for all risks of losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the participation and/or cancellation of the Referring Customer's participation in this Program.
  5. Prospective Customers are required to open a Bank Danamon savings account (not applicable for digital and current account products).
  6. Bank Danamon has the right to accept, postpone or reject the prospective customer's application for opening an account in accordance with the terms and conditions determined in opening a savings account and for this purpose Bank Danamon will notify the prospective customer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Prospective Customers are required to participate in the ongoing New To Bank/NTB (program for new customers) acquisition program at Bank Danamon during the Program Period as regulated in the general terms and conditions of a separate program ("NTB Acquisition Program").
  8. Prospective Customers must comply with the general terms and conditions of the NTB Acquisition Program which are regulated separately from this Form and General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  9. The fund requirements for Prospective Customers are fresh funds, namely: (i) funds deposited in cash through a Bank Danamon branch office; or (ii) funds transferred to a savings account opened by the Prospective Customer from another bank account other than the existing account at Bank Danamon.
  10. If a prospective customer opens an AND/OR joint account, then all of the prospective customers must be new customers.
  11. Referring Customer and Prospective Customer shall not have the same residential address (residential address of correspondence registered and recorded in Bank Danamon's system).
  12. If there is more than one Referring Customer who has referred the same Prospective Customer's name, the Referring Customer entitled to get the reward is the first Referring Customer who meets the General Terms and Conditions of this Program based on the data recorded at Bank Danamon and based on the fastest date of receipt of the Form by Bank Danamon.
  13. In the event that the reward received by the Customer from participating in this Program results in a value exceeding or above the maximum guaranteed interest rate set by the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), then the Customer agrees that the Customer's deposit will not be included in the guarantee program through the LPS.
  1. One Referring Customer may recommend a maximum of 15 (fifteen) prospective customers per month, with the following mechanism:

    Referring Customers who generate at least 3 NTB Privileges in the same month will be considered a "Sahabat Privilege" promoter who becomes a "Sahabat Privilege Club" member.

    Illustration of Reward:
    In the same month, Referring Customer A recommends 2 (two) prospective customers who join the NTB Optimal Acquisition Program and 3 (three) prospective customers who join the NTB Privilege Acquisition Program.  
    Based on this, the value of the prize obtained by Referring Customer A is Rp6,500,000 (six million five hundred thousand rupiah), with the following details:

  2. Referring Customers (Sahabat Privilege) who recommend a total of at least 15 (fifteen) Prospective Customers in accordance with the privilege Segment scheme during the Program Period, will receive additional rewards in the form of:

    Note
    1. Rewards will be calculated based on the segments of Prospective Customers recommended by the Referring Customer.
    2. In the event that the Prospective Customer opens an AND/OR joint account, then the joint account will be counted as 1 (one) Prospective Customer irrespective all Prospective Customers must be new customers.
    3. In the event that at any time the Prospective Customer changes its segment as written in the Form, the applicable segment shall be the one in accordance with the NTB Acquisition Program followed by the Prospective Customer. 
    4. In the event that the Prospective Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and the general terms and conditions of the NTB Acquisition Program, then the Referring Customer will not get a reward for the declined Prospective Customer. The reward will be credited to the account of the Referring Customer registered in the Program maximum 45 (forty-five) working days since the Prospective Customer meets the general terms and conditions of the NTB Acquisition Program.
    5. Travel voucher rewards or the remainder of the value of the travel voucher cannot be cashed, and will be given to the Referring Customer who meets the General Terms and Conditions of the Program no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the Program Period ends which will be sent to the Customer's address registered in the Bank Danamon system. 
    6. The reward tax is to be covered by Bank Danamon.
  1. The verification and approval process of opening a savings account is the exclusive authority of Bank Danamon.
  2. Bank Danamon's decisions concerning the Program, including but not limited to the acquisition of personal data of Prospective Customers for the purposes of determining whether the Referring Customer receives the reward are final and shall be inviolable against all Customers who participate in the Program, both Prospective Customers and Referring Customers.  
  3. Other terms and conditions related to account opening, NTB Acquisition Program, and products and/or services from Bank Danamon, as long as they are not regulated differently in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program are declared to remain valid and binding to the Customer and form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Banking Accounts and Services.The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/change/complete these General Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes / additions / updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. 
  5. In the event that there are changes in benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer has the right to submit his/her objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the changes made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the event that the Customer does not file an objection within that period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first settling all Customer obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).  
  6. The customer declares that there are no transactions that indicate money laundering and/or transactions that are not permitted under the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  7. If there are reported indications of fraud, deceit and/or irregularities in transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are against prevailing laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the authority to cancel transactions, Program participation, or issuance of Program rewards to the corresponding Customer.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program are in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.

REMINDER

Beware of fraud. Make sure the Customer is careful and not deceived by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon promising rewards. All forms of fraud or other acts committed by other / third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
