30% Cashback Program for Bank Danamon Credit Card Retail Spending

The General Terms and Conditions of the 30% Cashback Program for Retail Spending using Bank Danamon Credit Cards ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") are the terms and conditions that apply to Program Participants who take part in the Program ("Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank").

By participating, Program Participants agree to and are bound by all provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

The Program is valid from July 7, 2024, to June 30, 2025 (“Program Period”).

This Program is open only to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Cardholders selected and invited via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email according to the contact information registered in Bank Danamon's system.
  2. Applicable to Danamon Credit or Charge Cards of the following types (“Card”):
    • Danamon Visa Classic, Gold, Platinum, Infinite Credit Cards
    • Danamon Mastercard® Classic, Gold, Platinum, World Credit Cards
    • Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard® Credit Card
    • Danamon Grab Credit Card
    • Danamon JCB Precious Credit Card
    • Danamon American Express® Gold Credit Card
    • Danamon American Express® Green and Gold Charge Cards
    • The Platinum Card® Danamon
  3. Not valid for Corporate Credit Cards.
  4. Cards must be active, current (no overdue balances), and not blocked.
  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s eligibility if they do not meet the terms.
  3. Program Participants are fully responsible for any losses, complaints, claims, or lawsuits related to their participation or withdrawal from this Program.
  4. Participants who meet the Program's requirements will be eligible for Cashback ("Cashback") under the following terms:

  5. Program Participants must make transactions in the same month as the Program Offer month sent by Bank Danamon. Transactions included in the Program are the accumulation of Main and Additional Cards for 1 (one) month with the details of the Program Offer Period and Program Transaction Period as follows:

  6. For transactions included in the Program, only retail spending transactions, including QRIS transactions with Credit Card sources of funds ("Retail Transactions");
  7. Transactions that are counted as the minimum accumulated transaction are retail spending transactions (including QRIS transactions with Credit Card source funds), and do not include monthly recurring bill payments (bill payments), installments or those converted into installments, cash advances, insurance payments, and money transfers;
  8. Bank Danamon reserves the right to terminate the Program offer at any time and will not send a notification of the Program offer to the Customer for the next period;
  9. By transacting in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the selected and invited Program Participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Upon being selected and invited and transacting in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program is valid proof of the Program Participant's participation in this Program.
  1. Participants are eligible for only one (1) Cashback per Main Card (account level) per Program Offer Period. Supplementary Cards are excluded.
  2. Cashback will be credited only if the Card is active, current, and not blocked.
  3. If any transaction is canceled within the Program Transaction Period, causing non-compliance with Program requirements, Cashback will not be granted.
  4. Cashback will be credited to the Main Card within a maximum of 2 (two) months after the Program Transaction Period ends.
  5. Cashback is tax-free
  6. Cashback is non-cashable and non-transferable.

  1. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of: General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Services, Terms and Conditions of D-Point, and General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Credit Card Membership. If any discrepancy arises, the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will prevail.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to amend, revise, or supplement these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be announced through the Bank's official communication channels. If there are changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms, or conditions, the Program Participant may submit a written objection within 30 (thirty) working days of the announcement. Failure to object will be deemed as agreement. If the Participant disagrees, they may withdraw from the Program after fulfilling all obligations to the Bank.
  3. Participants affirm that there are no, and will not be, transactions indicating money laundering or other illegal activities under Indonesian law.
  4. If there are indications of fraud, misuse, irregularities, or unlawful transactions, the Bank has the right to: Cancel the transaction, Terminate the use of Bank products/services, Revoke Program participation, Revoke Cashback or other Program benefits, Participants must still fulfill any obligations to the Bank.
  5. If you detect any irregularities or suspect fraud in this Program, report immediately to Hello Danamon.
  6. These General Terms and Conditions comply with prevailing laws and regulations, including those set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a registered participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
