Cashback up to IDR 50 Thousand at Kokuo & Hwangje by Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to customers participating in the Danamon Transaction Cashback Program at Kokuo & Hwangje by Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology (the "Program"), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon").

By participating in the Program, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

The Program is valid from May 15, 2025, to August 15, 2025 (“Program Period”).

The program is valid at participating Kokuo and Hwangje branches by Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology. The list of participating branches can be viewedhere.

Eligible participants in this Program include:

  1. Bank Danamon customers who hold an active Danamon savings account and/or Danamon credit card.
  2. Bank Danamon employees.

Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Customer.”

  1. Prior to participating in the Program, the Customer is required to read, understand, and acknowledge the features, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer’s participation in the Program or withhold the reward if any of the Terms and Conditions are not met.
  3. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any risks, losses, claims, legal actions, and/or demands arising from their participation or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. The Program offers cashback for transactions made via QRIS using D-Bank PRO, Danamon Credit Cards, or Danamon Debit Cards, under the following scheme:

  5. The Customer must make a QRIS payment transaction through the D-Bank PRO application, with a minimum transaction value of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction").
  6. The Customer must make a payment transaction using a Danamon Debit Card (including GPN cards) or a Danamon Credit Card bearing the JCB, Visa, or Mastercard logo, excluding Corporate Credit Cards, with a minimum transaction value of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah).
  7. Each CIF (Customer Information File) is entitled to receive a maximum of one (1) cashback reward per payment method during the Program Period.
  8. The cashback quota for transactions under the Program at Kokuo & Hwangje by Kokuo Family Massage & Reflexology is subject to the following conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Cashback Quota”):

  9. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Cashback Quota is exhausted before the end of the Program Period, they will not be eligible to receive any Cashback.
  10. By conducting a transaction in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Program provisions. Such transactions constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and their consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  1. Cashback will be credited to the Customer’s account used for the transaction within a maximum of 30 (thirty) working days after the end of the Program Period in the month when the transaction was made.
  2. Participation in this Program is free of charge. Any applicable taxes on the Cashback reward will be fully borne by Bank Danamon.
  3. If the Customer’s account used for the transaction is inactive, blocked, or otherwise unable to receive funds, the Customer acknowledges that the Cashback cannot be credited.
  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products and/or services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090 (GSM), or by email to hellodanamon@danamon.co.id, which is available 24 hours.

  1. Other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon products, services, and/or transactions that are not specifically regulated under these Program Terms and Conditions remain valid and binding and form an integral part of this Program.
  2. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Mobile Banking Services, and General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO, and remain applicable unless otherwise stipulated herein.
  3. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement these Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such updates will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s official communication channels.
  4. If there are changes to the benefits, risks, fees, or other provisions in these Terms and Conditions, the Customer may submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If no objection is received within this period, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Customer disagrees, they may withdraw from the Program, provided that all obligations to Bank Danamon have been fulfilled.
  5. The Customer affirms that their transactions do not and will not involve money laundering or any other activities prohibited under Indonesian laws and regulations.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, irregularities, suspicious transactions, money laundering, or actions in violation of prevailing laws, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, revoke Program participation, and/or withhold the Cashback reward. The Customer remains obligated to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. These Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) program.

NOTICE
Customers should remain vigilant against fraudulent activities carried out by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering Cashback in any form. Any fraud or criminal activity committed by third parties in relation to or under the guise of this Program is beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
