0% Installment Program at Dentassure

The General Terms and Conditions of the 0% Installment Program at Dentassure (“Program Terms and Conditions”) apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) and who participate in the 0% Installment Program at Dentassure (“Program”), organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with the merchant partner CV Dentassure Klinik (“Dentassure”).

The Cardholder hereby agrees to and is bound by all provisions of these Program Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Program runs from May 26, 2025 to May 31, 2026 ("Program Period"). 

The program is valid at  the Dentassure outlet located at Jl. Bend. Jatiluhur No.78, RT.2/RW.3, Bend. Downhill, Tanah Abang District, Jakarta 10210.

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders holding a Bank Danamon Credit Card with Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logos, excluding Corporate Cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand these Program Terms and Conditions.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the Program Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising in connection with their participation in and/or cancellation from this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following terms:
    1. The Program offers a 0% (zero percent) interest installment plan for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months (“Installment Conversion”).
    2. The Program requires a minimum transaction amount of IDR 3,000,000 (three million Rupiah).
    3. The Program applies to all types of dental treatments at Dentassure.
    4. Each transaction under the Installment Conversion will incur an administrative fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah), which will be borne by the Cardholder.
    5. Transactions under the Installment Conversion will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    6. Installment Conversion can be requested directly at the time of the transaction at Dentassure.
    7. The Program is valid only if the Installment Conversion request has not been submitted to Bank Danamon through other communication channels (e.g., SMS, email).
  6. The Program is valid daily, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  7. The Program applies to both primary and supplementary cards.
  8. The Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
  9. By transacting in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by these terms. Transactions conducted by the Cardholder serve as valid evidence of participation and agreement to these Program Terms and Conditions.
  1. Cardholders Cardholders and/or their representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. The The products and/or services of merchant partners are not products of, and are not the responsibility of, Bank Danamon and are entirely the responsibility of the merchant partners. For any issues and/or complaints related to the products, services, or Program, please contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. The Cardholder declares that transactions will not indicate money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, abuse, irregularities, improper transactions, money laundering, or other actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to fulfill all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. These Program Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership” and other terms and conditions related to Bank Danamon’s products and services. In the event of a conflict between these provisions and the Program Terms and Conditions, the Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. The Cardholder agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s communication channels. If there are changes in benefits, risks, fees, terms, or conditions under these Program Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the date the notification is made. If the Cardholder does not submit an objection within this period, they will be deemed to have accepted the changes. If the Cardholder does not agree with the changes, they may cancel their participation in the Program after fulfilling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or suspected fraud occurs, the Cardholder is advised to immediately report it to Hello Danamon.
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation’s guarantee program.
  8. These Program Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraud committed by individuals impersonating Bank Danamon by promising prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts by third parties on behalf of or related to the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
