Payday Cashback IDR 150.000 Shopping at Supermarket

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Payday Cashback Groceries IDR150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the program Payday Cashback Groceries IDR150,000 (One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rupiah) (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

The Program will be conducted during the period from September 27th, 2025, to September 28th, 2025 (“Program Period”).

This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria :

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who own and transact using any of the following Danamon credit or charge cards: Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Classic, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; or charge cards: Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum (“Program Participant”).
  1. Program Participants are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the Program Participants's participation in this Program if the Program Participants does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Program Participants is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim in connection with the Program Participants's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Valid for Danamon Grab, JCB Precious, Mastercard Classic, Mastercard Gold, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards ("Card").
  5. Program Participants will get cashback of IDR 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand rupiah) with the following conditions:
    1. Make a transaction in the Grocery (Supermarket) category with a minimum of IDR 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand rupiah) per transaction; no multiple transactions apply;
    2. Transactions with the Grocery (Supermarket) category are determined based on the details of the Merchant Category Code (MCC) accepted by the Bank Danamon system, namely MCC 5411 and 5499;
    3. 5411 and 5499 are Merchant Category Code (MCC) that is used as the basis for calculation/participation in the program in accordance with the provisions of Bank Danamon;
    4. Transactions included in the Program are the ones from the Main Card and the Supplementary Card;
    5. For Danamon Mastercard World Elite Credit Card, transactions included in the Program are only domestic transactions, excluding the ones carried out overseas;
    6. Transactions that are converted into installments are not eligible to get cashback;
    7. QRIS transactions using Credit Card funds are not eligible to get cashback;
    8. Cashback is valid for 1 (one) transaction per Card during the Program Period;
    9. The Program applies to both Main and Supplementary Program Participants;
    10. If the Program Participants has more than 1 (one) Card, then cashback is valid for all Cards owned by the Program Participants.
  6. The following highlights the Program Illustration:

  7. Cashback will be credited to the Program Participants's Card no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the end of the Program Period and then the cashback will be shown on the billing statement.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the Program Participants's Card that is active and has a valid NPWP or NIK that is valid as an NPWP.
  9. Cashback is subject to applicable tax regulations in Indonesia. The Program Participants is required to provide valid NPWP information or NIK that is valid as an NPWP. Proof of tax withholding (Non-Final Income Tax) can be obtained through Bank Danamon branch offices.
  10. Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  11. The Program is also valid for Bank Danamon employees.
  12. If the Program Participants takes an action that causes the Program Participants to no longer comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program Participants agrees that Bank Danamon has the right not to provide cashback.
  13. By making a transaction in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions, the Program Participants is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. Transactions made by such Program Participants are valid evidence of the Program Participants's participation in the Program and the Program Participants's consent to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Program Participants and/or Program Participants' representatives may submit complaints about banking transactions/services orally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures concerning Program Participants complaint services can be accessed through the https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions for Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership. These terms remain in effect unless otherwise stipulated in this General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. All changes or updates will be communicated through the Bank’s available communication channels. If such changes involve modifications to benefits, risks, fees, or other conditions, Program Participants have the right to submit written objections to Bank Danamon within thirty (30) business days from the notification date. If no objection is submitted within that timeframe, the Progream Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Program Participant disagrees, they may cancel their Program enrollment after fulfilling any outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  3. Program Participants state that there are no, and will be no, transactions that indicate money laundering or other activities prohibited under prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. If there is a report of indications of fraud and/or irregularity in transactions, improper transactions, money laundering crimes, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the transaction or provide cashback to the Program Participants. The Program Participants remains obliged to pay off all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  5. In case of any irregularities related to the Program or if fraud is suspected, the Program Participant is advised to immediately report such concerns to Hello Danamon.
  6. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  7. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

NOTICE
Program Participants must exercise caution against fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and promising rewards of any kind. Any fraudulent activity or other criminal acts carried out by third parties in connection with or claiming affiliation with the Program are beyond the authority and responsibility of the Bank.
