Save 10% + 0% Installment up to 12 Months at Siloam Hospitals

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save 10% & 0% Installment at Siloam Hospital ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the program of Save 10% & 0% Installment at Siloam Hospital ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk - Siloam Hospital Group (“Company”) merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

The program runs from November 1, 2024 until February 28, 2026 ("Program Period").

The program is valid at all Siloam Hospital Group hospitals. Click here for outlet information.

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders of the following: (i) Bank Danamon Mastercard and GPN Debit/ATM Cards, and (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logos, excluding Corporate Cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation from the Program.
  5. The details of the Program are as follows:
    1. The Program offers 10% (ten percent) savings on MCU, Radiology services, VIP Rooms and above, and a 0% (zero percent) installment plan for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), or 12 (twelve) months;
    2. 10% (ten percent) savings on MCU, Radiology, and VIP Rooms and above, with no minimum transaction and no maximum cap;
    3. 10% (ten percent) savings on MCU are valid for direct transactions at Siloam Hospitals (Offline) and at Online Cashier via the mySiloam website or application by entering the code SILODANAMON10;
    4. 10% (ten percent) savings on Radiology and VIP Rooms and above are valid for direct payment at the Siloam Hospitals cashier (Offline);
    5. Radiology services include: Thorax, Abdomen, Panoramic & Dental X-rays, Mammography, CT-Scan, MRI, MRA, and Ultrasound, and are applicable for both outpatient and inpatient treatments;
    6. The 0% (zero percent) installment program is valid for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months;
    7. Each transaction converted into an installment will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand rupiah);
    8. The Program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cards;
    9. Transactions converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  6. This Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  7. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Transactions made under the Program serve as valid proof of participation and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes. Any fraud or crime committed by third parties in connection with this Program is beyond Bank Danamon’s responsibility.
