Save up to IDR 1.000.000 + 0% Installment up to 12 Months at Berseri Dental Clinic

The General Terms and Conditions of Program Save up to IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) & 0% Installment up to 12 Months at Berseri Dental Clinic (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using a Card (“Cardholders”) who participate in the Save up to up to IDR 1,000,000 (one milion rupiah) & 0% Installment up to 12 Months (“Program”) organised by Bank Danamon with Berseri Dental Clinic.

The program is implemented from 1 July 2025 to 31 July 2026 (“Program Period”).

The program valid at Berseri Dental Clinic outlet located at Jl. Sunter Indah Raya No.15 Blok KA1, Sunter Jaya, Kec. Tj. Priok, Jkt Utara, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 14360.

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders as follows: Bank Danamon Credit Cards with the Visa, Mastercard®, or JCB logo, excluding corporate credit cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  4. Cardholders are fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with Cardholders' participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program is valid with the following details:
    1. The program offers a discount of IDR 1,000,000 (one million rupiah) for teeth bleaching, including free scaling and free doctor consultation;
    2. The program is a 0% (zero percent) interest-free installment plan available for terms of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months (“Installment Conversion”);
    3. The installment plan is valid with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand rupiah) for a 3-month term, idr 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) for a 6-month term, and IDR 3,000,000.00 (three million Rupiah) for a 12 (twelve) month tenor;
    4. Each transaction with Installment Conversion will be subject to an administrative fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) which will be borne by the Cardholder;
    5. Each transaction with Installment Conversion will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points;
    6. Installment Conversion applications can be made directly at the time of transaction at Berseri Dental Clinic; and
    7. The program is valid if the Installment Conversion application has not been made to Bank Danamon through other communication media (e.g. SMS, email, etc.),
  6. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Programme Period.
  7. The program is valid for both primary and additional cards.
  8. The program cannot be combined with other programmes and/or promotions.
  9. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. Transactions made by Cardholders constitute valid proof of Cardholders' participation in the Program and Cardholders' agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholder representatives can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint services can be accessed through the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Products, services and/or discounts from merchant partners are not products of and are not the responsibility of Bank Danamon, and are therefore entirely the responsibility of merchant partners. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services and/or Program, Cardholders may contact the relevant merchant partner.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Card, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Cardholder concerned. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all of his/her obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. General Terms and Conditions of this Program constitute an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership”, ‘General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership’, and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these provisions and the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the General Terms and Conditions of the Program shall prevail.
  5. Cardholders hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program and other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will consider the Cardholder to have agreed to such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If there is one provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which due to a government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or declared null and void, it does not affect the validity of other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and these other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. If any irregularities are found related to this Program or if it is felt that fraud has occurred, the Cardholder is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation guarantee.
  9. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

WARNING
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon by promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or acting on behalf of the Programme are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
