TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE 5% CASHBACK FEATURE OFFERS AS MUCH AS RP
100,000 FOR BILL PAYMENT TRANSACTION
These General Terms and
Conditions (“Feature’s General Terms and Conditions”) represent the terms and conditions
applicable to Cardholders who can avail of the 5% Cashback Feature of as much as Rp 100,000 for Bill Payment
transaction (“Features”) offered by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).
The Customer hereby agrees and binds himself/herself to all
provisions in the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions, as follows :
- Cardholders are required to read and
understand the Feature’s General Terms and Conditions.
- Cardholders must register their routine
bills (bill payments) on Danamon Visa, Mastercard and JCB Credit Cards (“Credit
Cards”).
- This Feature is valid for principal
credit cards and supplementary credit cards.
- This Feature is not valid for Danamon
Grab Credit Card.
- The Cashback of 5% (five percent) of as
much as Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Rupiah) applies to all routine bills (bill
payments) of merchants registered with Bank Danamon.
- The Cashback excludes/not applicable for
PLN bills.
- The Cashback is issued for total routine
bill transactions (bill payments) registered on the principal Credit Card and supplementary
Credit Cards (which are classified as a single unit), with a limit on the amount of cashback
issued as follows :

- Cardholders are required to perform retail
transactions at least 5 (five) times using the principal Credit Card and/or supplementary Credit
Cards with a minimum nominal value of each transaction worth Rp 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand
Rupiah) in one calendar month (first until the last day of the month).
- Transactions performed on the same day by the
principal Credit Card and/or supplementary Credit Cards are considered as a single (one)
transaction.
- Cashback crediting is done every month and
shall be indicated on the next month's billing statement, illustrated as follows:
The Cashback for Cardholder bill payment
transactions performed in February 2022 will be credited no later than 31 March 2022, as
indicated on the Cardholder's April 2022 billing statement.
- Cashback will be credited to the principal
credit card with an active and unblocked status, and without any arrears.
- Customers can submit complaints on banking
transactions/services through Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id
- Products and/or services from the
merchant partners are entirely the responsibility of the respective merchants, not of Bank
Danamon. If there are problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services, and/or
savings, please contact the merchant partner directly.
- All transactions have no indications
of money laundering and/or other transactions that are prohibited under Indonesia’s
prevailing laws and regulations.
- If there are reports of indications
of fraud, deceit and/or transaction irregularities, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the
transaction or provide savings to the Cardholder.
- The Cardholder agrees that Bank
Danamon has the authority to cancel the Cardholder's participation in this Program if he/she
fails to meet its General Terms and Conditions.
- Other terms and conditions related to
products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the
Program’s General Terms and Conditions are declared to remain valid and shall bind the
Cardholder, and become an inseparable unit.
- This Program’s General Terms
and Conditions form an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank
Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services” and “General Terms and
Conditions for Danamon Card Membership”.
- The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has
the right to correct/amend/update the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. Any
changes/additions/revisions on the Program’s General Terms and Conditions will be notified
through the communication media available at Bank Danamon.
- In case of a change in the benefits, risks, costs, general terms
and conditions, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon
within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change by Bank Danamon through Bank
Danamon communication media. The Cardholder agrees that Bank Danamon will assume that the
Cardholder has approved the change in the event that the Cardholder does not file an objection
within the period stated above. If the Cardholder disagrees with the change, the Cardholder has
the right to close the product and/or service by first settling all obligations owed to Bank
Danamon.
- Cardholders and/or Cardholder
representatives may file complaints on banking transactions/services verbally or in writing
through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email
at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
- Procedures regarding the Complaint

- PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is
registered and supervised by the Financial Services Authority.
- These General Terms and Conditions
follow the provisions of laws and regulations including those of the Financial Services
Authority regulations.
REMINDER
Beware of scams. Please be careful and do not be deceived by
unauthorized individuals acting on behalf of Bank Danamon who promise rewards in any form. All forms of fraud or
other deceitful acts, which are committed by other parties or third parties associated with this Program, are
beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
