Save 20% at Thai Street and KOBA BBQ

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of Save 20% at Thai Street and KOBA BBQ ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the Save 20% at Thai Street and KOBA BBQ ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with Thai Street & KOBA BBQ merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

The program runs from March 1, 2025 until August 31, 2025 ("Program Period").

  1. The program is valid for transactions at all Thai Street outlets listed in the following link [Click here].
  2. The program is valid for transactions at all KOBA BBQ outlets listed in the following link [Click here].
  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders holding Danamon Credit Cards with Visa, Mastercard®, American Express®, and JCB logos, as well as American Express® Charge Cards, but excluding Corporate Cards (“Card”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with the Cardholder’s participation in, and/or cancellation from, this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. Thai Street Program
      1. Offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount with a maximum discount of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 400,000 (four hundred thousand Rupiah) before tax and service charges.
      2. Valid for dine-in and take-away. 
    2. KOBA BBQ Program
      1. Offers a 20% (twenty percent) discount with a maximum discount of IDR 200,000 (two hundred thousand Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) before tax and service charges.
      2. Valid for dine-in only. 
  6. The Program is valid for food and beverage transactions.
  7. The Program applies to both Primary and Supplementary Cards.
  8. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  9. The Program does not apply to split-bill transactions or multiple transactions intended to obtain multiple benefits.
  10. The Program is valid for one (1) transaction per day per Card number.
  11. The Program cannot be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  12. The promotion is not valid for transactions using QRIS with a Credit Card as the source of funds.
  13. By making a transaction in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Transactions made by the Cardholder constitute valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and consent to the Program’s General Terms and Conditions. 
  1. Complaints may be submitted by the Cardholder or an authorized representative either orally or in writing via the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority. 


NOTICE

Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
