The Terms and Conditions of the 15% (fifteen percent) Discount Program at Bottega Ristorante (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) outline the applicable guidelines for customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who transact using a Card (“Cardholder”) as part of the 15% (fifteen percent) Discount Program at Bottega Ristorante(“Program”). This Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner Bottega Ristorante.
By participating in the Program, Cardholders agree to be bound by the following General Terms and Conditions:

The Program is valid from August 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

Bottega Ristorante, located at FAIRGROUNDS SCBD LOT 14, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 52-53, South Jakarta. Phone: 021 5140 2266.

  1. The Program is valid for Bank Danamon Indonesia customers who have:
    (i) a Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Card with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and
    (ii) a Bank Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card with the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, excluding corporate cards (“Cardholder”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel a Cardholder's participation in the Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Cardholder is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation in or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  5. The Program applies to the following card types:
    (i) Bank Danamon Debit/ATM Cards with the Mastercard and GPN logos; and
    (ii) Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, excluding corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  6. The Program offers a discount of 15% (fifteen percent) with a maximum discount of IDR 225,000 (two hundred twenty-five thousand Rupiah) for a minimum transaction of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) after tax and service fees.
  7. The Program is valid under the following time provisions:
    • The Program is valid every day, except Saturdays, and only until 16:00 WIB.
    • The Program applies to food and beverages (excluding alcoholic beverages).
    • The Program is not valid on the following dates:
       Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2025
       Christmas Eve on December 24, 2024
       Christmas Day on December 25, 2024
       New Year’s Eve on December 31, 2024
       New Year’s Day on January 1, 2025
  8. The Program is valid for both primary and additional Cards.
  9. The Program is valid for only 1 (one) transaction per Card per day.
  10. The Program is not valid for QRIS payments with a Credit Card funding source.
  11. The Program applies to dine-in only.
  12.  The Program is not valid for split bills.
  13. The Program does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
  14. The Program cannot be combined with other programs or promotions.
  15. By making transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is bound by the General Terms and Conditions. The transactions made by the Customer serve as valid evidence of their participation in the Program and their agreement to the General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE

Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
