Get a Shopping Voucher up to IDR 600,000 + 0% Installments for 6 Months at The Grand Outlet

The General Terms and Conditions of the Spend and Get Shopping Voucher Program and 0% Installment for 6 Months at The Grand Outlet ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using an eligible Card ("Cardholder"). This Program consists of:

The Spend and Get Shopping Voucher Program, offering vouchers of up to IDR 600,000 (six hundred thousand rupiah) ("Shopping Voucher Program"); and

The 0% Installment Program for 6 (six) months ("Installment Program").

Collectively, these are referred to as the "Program." The Program is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with its merchant partner, PT Karawang Outlet Mall ("The Grand Outlet").

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to and is bound by the following General Terms and Conditions:

The Program is valid from June 2, 2025, to August 26, 2025 ("Program Period").

The Program is available at The Grand Outlet, located at:
Jalan Trans Heksa, Km 2+500, Wanasari, Kawasan Niaga Karawang Prima, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat, 41346.

  1. The Program applies to Cardholders who use the following eligible cards: Bank Danamon Mastercard Debit/ATM Card, Danamon Debit Card, and GPN Cards; Bank Danamon Credit Cards and Charge Cards with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB logos (excluding corporate Credit Cards and Charge Cards) ("Cards").
  2. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program before participating.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder's participation if they do not meet the Program's eligibility criteria.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risks, losses, claims, lawsuits, or demands arising from their participation in or cancellation from this Program.
  5. The Spend and Get Shopping Voucher Program is subject to the following conditions:

    • A maximum of two (2) transaction receipts from the same Card can be combined to reach a minimum transaction value of IDR 3,000,000 (three million rupiah) at any tenant within The Grand Outlet.
    • A maximum of four (4) transaction receipts from the same Card can be combined to reach a minimum transaction value of IDR 6,000,000 (six million rupiah) at any tenant within The Grand Outlet.
    • A maximum of six  (6) transaction receipts from the same Card can be combined to reach a minimum transaction value of IDR 9,000,000 (nine million rupiah) at any tenant within The Grand Outlet.
    • Cardholders must exchange their transaction receipts for Shopping Vouchers at The Grand Outlet Customer Service, located on the Ground Floor of The Grand Outlet.
    • Shopping Vouchers can only be redeemed on the same day as the transaction by presenting the original transaction receipt and the Card used for the purchase.

    Credit Cardholders can convert transactions into installments through the following methods: 
    • In-person: Visit The Grand Outlet Customer Service on the Ground Floor on the same day as the transaction and present the transaction receipt along with the Credit Card used for payment.
    • Via Hello Danamon: Call 1-500-090 for assistance.
  7. Transactions converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
  8. The program is valid for both primary and supplementary cardholders.
  9. This program cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  10. By making a transaction under the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate. The transaction serves as valid proof of the Cardholder's acceptance of the Program's terms.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

NOTICE

Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
