The program is a promotion from PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with merchant partner Advance (“Advance”), applicable to holders of credit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, as well as American Express charge cards, but excluding corporate cards (“Danamon Cards”), to receive discounts subject to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program (“Program”).

The program runs from August 12, 2024 until August 1, 2026 ("Program Period").

  1. Danamon Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Danamon Cardholders in this Program if they fail to meet the General Terms and Conditions.
  3. Danamon Cardholders assume full responsibility for all risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims arising from their participation in or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Program, offering discounts and direct prizes, applies exclusively to Advance products, as detailed below:

  5. The Program also offers 0% installment plans for all Advance products with the following details:
    1. 0% installment for a tenor of 6 months, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 2,000,000 (two million Rupiah).
    2. 0% installment for a tenor of 12 months, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 4,500,000 (four million five hundred thousand Rupiah).
    3. 0% installment for a tenor of 24 months, with a minimum transaction amount of IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah).
  6. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  7. The Program is available exclusively to Danamon Cardholders as outlined in the General Description of the Program.
  8. The Program cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
  9. Each transaction converted into installments will incur an administrative fee of IDR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah).
  10. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, Danamon Cardholders are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and comply with its terms. Each transaction serves as valid proof of participation and agreement to the General Terms and Conditions.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    1. Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    2. Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
