Program participants hereby agree and bind themselves to all the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

C. Participant Criteria

This program applies to Bank Danamon cardholder who have Danamon Mastercard Gold, Danamon Mastercard Platinum, Danamon Mastercard World, Danamon Mastercard World Business and Danamon World Elite™ Mastercard Credit Cards. (“Participant Program”).

D. Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Before participating in the Program, Program Participants are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. The bank has the right to refuse or cancel the participation of Program participants in this Program if the Program participant does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program participants are fully responsible for any risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of their participation in this Program.
  4. Program valid for a discount of up to 15% for booking Best Flexible Rate hotel rooms at IHG® Hotels & Resorts.
  5. Program valid for stay period until 3 Januari 2026.
  6. The program is valid for Mastercard Credit Cards issued in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Maldives, Laos, Japan, Micronesia, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.
  7. IHG ® Hotels & Resorts may at any time request proof of Card ownership upon check-in.
  8. Eligibility for this program are:
    1. Become an IHG One Rewards member to redeem this Offer. Program Participants can visit www.ihgonerewards.com to register for membership and for more information.
    2. Program participants can make reservations through official Mastercard channels or through the following link: https://www.ihg.com/content/gb/en/deals/partner-offers/mcoffers.
    3. Reservations must be made at least 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 (seven) days prior to check-in will be charged 1 (one) night. Reservations must include at least one night stay between Thursday and Sunday.
  9. Rate details may vary by region and participating hotel. Unused rate components are non-refundable. Points will not be awarded retroactively for stays prior to IHG One Rewards enrollment.
  10. Blackout dates (days when the Offer is not valid) may apply at some participating hotels.
  11. Rates are per room per night, and additional charges for extra guests or extra beds may apply.
  12. Not valid for group bookings.
  13. Rates do not include taxes, tips or additional costs including food and drinks and other costs that arise during the stay.
  14. IHG reserves the right to cancel, terminate or change the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time with or without prior notice.
  15. Whether two or more Eligible Members who are also IHG One Rewards members check in to the same room at the same time, Rewards points will only be credited to the account of one of the members who made the booking.
  16. IHG One Rewards Points will be deposited into Eligible Members' accounts within 4-6 weeks.
  17. Whether any fraud or abuse is found in relation to this Offer, IHG One Rewards reserves the right to withdraw the reward from the Eligible Member or even close his/her IHG One Rewards account.

  4. The program consists of 1 (one) complimentary menu at participating restaurants under onedinesfree.com. 
    1. The offer is valid only for the main course (à la carte) specified by the restaurant, excluding drinks, taxes and surcharges.

    3. The minimum number of people per reservation is two (2) people, with a maximum of six (6) people.
  5. The offer is only valid if the order is made through the www.onedinesfree.com platform, and the participating restaurant has the right to refuse the offer if the order is not made through the platform.
  6. Reservations and offers must be communicated to participating restaurants upon arrival. Offers are valid for all Mastercard cardholders issued in Asia Pacific.
  7. Offers are valid for a minimum number of people per Mastercard card, per table, per bill. Each bill may only be used once. Splitting tables or bills is not permitted, and each restaurant must adhere to the minimum number of people requirements.
    1. Example A: 2 (two) people order 2 (two) main dishes; then the card holder only pays for 1 (one) main course.
    2. Example B: 6 (six) people order 6 (six) main dishes; card holders only pay for 5 (five) main courses.
  8. Cardholders and guests must order one main course each to receive the offer.
  9. The lowest-priced main course will be considered part of the promotion upon checkout. 
  10. Cardholders are advised to check with the restaurant regarding which dishes are considered a main course to receive the One Dine Free offer. 
  11. For reservations of more than seven people, please contact the restaurant directly, as the offer will not be valid.
  12. There is no limit to the number of visits a cardholder can make to the restaurant during the promotion period. Each visit may only be used once.
  13. Reservations are subject to availability at all participating restaurants.
  14. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, other products, or discounts.
  15. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts.
  16. The offer is valid for dine-in only and is not valid for takeaway.
  17. Offers are not valid on national holidays, holiday nights, or special events (such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and certain dates. 
  18. Reservations on blackout dates are not permitted.

F. Other Term and Conditions

  1. Merchants participating in the Program are fully responsible for all products, services, consultations, advice, and fulfillment of Offers in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 
  2. Other provisions refer to the terms regulated by Mastercard as the Organizer. In the event of a dispute related to the Offer, Mastercard’s decision is final and binding on all related parties.
  3. The terms and conditions of merchants participating in the Program remain applicable (e.g., additional charges during holiday seasons or major holidays) – please check the details directly with the relevant merchant.
  4. Other terms and conditions related to the Card and/or products and/or services of Bank Danamon, to the extent not differently regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, remain valid and binding on the Program Participants and form an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an inseparable part of the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Mastercard Credit Card Membership and the General Terms and Conditions of D-Point. These terms and conditions remain valid as long as they are not otherwise regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  6. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the right to amend/modify/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions of the Program will be notified through the communication channels available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Program Participant has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the change notification is made by Bank Danamon through its communication channels. The Program Participant agrees that they will be deemed to have accepted the changes if no objection is submitted within this period. If the Program Participant does not agree to the changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  7. Program Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions indicated as criminal acts of money laundering and/or other transactions not permitted under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  8. If there are indications of fraud, misconduct, and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, criminal acts of money laundering, and/or actions not in accordance with laws and regulations, Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions or terminate the Program participation of the relevant Program Participant. The Program Participant remains obligated to settle all obligations to Bank Danamon. 
  9. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  10. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the deposit insurance program of the Deposit Insurance Corporation.

WARNING

Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
