Medan, 9 August 2025 – After recording in 2024 which attracted 600 participants, Gramedia, in collaboration with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Danamon”), is once again hosting Gramedia Science Day 2025 on Saturday (August 9, 2025) at the Santika Dyandra Convention Center in the city of Medan, North Sumatera province. This year, the excitement is even greater, with 852 enthusiastic students from grades 4–6 ready to compete and delve into the fascinating world of science. The event offers a valuable platform for Indonesia's young scientists to sharpen their creativity and critical thinking skills, while enjoying an engaging, educational, and memorable science experience.
This year’s event was successfully held with Danamon as the main sponsor. Specifically designed for elementary school students in grades 4–6, this year’s competition was evaluated by a distinguished panel of experienced judges: Doni Aldo Samuel Siahaan, S.Si., M.Si.; Riky Stepanus Situmorang, M.Eng., Ph.D.; and Ir. Gina Cynthia Raphita Hasibuan, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D. The involvement of these esteemed experts ensured that the judging process was conducted objectively, transparently, and with the highest level of credibility.
