0% Installment up to 12 Months at Technogym

The General Terms and Conditions of the program of 0% (zero percent) Installment at Technogym ("General Terms and Conditions of the Program") apply to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk ("Bank Danamon") who own and transact using a Card ("Cardholder") and participate in the 0% (zero percent) Installment at Technogym ("Program"), which is organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with PT Prasetia Qube Wellness (“Technogym”) merchant partners.

By participating in this Program, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

The program runs from May 26, 2025 until May 31, 2026 ("Program Period").

The program is valid at the following Technogym outlets:
i. Technogym Jakarta: Jl. Gunawarman no. 77, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, DKI Jakarta 12180.
ii. Technogym Bali: Jl. Sunset Road no. 1, Kuta, Badung, Bali 80361.

  1. The Program is valid for Cardholders of Bank Danamon Credit Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express logos, as well as Danamon American Express Charge Cards, but excludes Corporate Credit Cards and Corporate Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  2. Cardholders are required to read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Cardholder’s participation in this Program if the Cardholder does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  4. The Cardholder is solely responsible for any risk of loss, demand, lawsuit, and/or claim arising from their participation in, or cancellation of participation in, this Program.
  5. The Program is valid under the following conditions:
    1. The Program offers a 0% (zero percent) installment plan for tenors of 3 (three), 6 (six), and 12 (twelve) months (“Installment Conversion”).
    2.  A minimum transaction of IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) is required to be eligible.
    3. The Program applies to all types of Technogym products.
    4. The Program is valid at all Technogym outlets.
    5. Each Installment Conversion transaction will be subject to an administration fee of IDR 25,000.00 (twenty-five thousand rupiah), to be borne by the Cardholder.
    6. Transactions converted into installments will not earn D-Points or Membership Rewards Points.
    7. Installment Conversion applications must be submitted directly at the time of transaction (offline) at Technogym outlets.
  6. The Program is valid every day, including public holidays, during the Program Period.
  7. The Program is valid for both primary and supplementary Cards.
  8. The Program may be combined with other programs and/or promotions.
  9. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by its terms. Such transactions serve as valid evidence of the Cardholder’s participation and consent to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Program participants can submit complaints about banking products or services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures for complaint services can be accessed via the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Products and/or services from merchant partners are solely the responsibility of the merchant partner and not of Bank Danamon. For any issues or complaints regarding products, services, or the Program, Cardholders are advised to contact the relevant merchant partner directly.
  2. Cardholders affirm that their transactions comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and are not indicative of money laundering or other prohibited activities.
  3. Bank Danamon reserves the right to:
    • Cancel transactions, terminate Card usage, or revoke participation in the Program if there are indications of fraud, unusual transactions, money laundering, or any other actions violating applicable laws.
    • Require Cardholders to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  4. Terms and conditions related to other banking products or services remain valid and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Program’s terms.
  5. These Program Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the: General Terms and Conditions of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Banking Accounts and Services, General Terms and Conditions of Debit Cards/ATM Danamon, General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and General Terms and Conditions of Danamon American Express Credit Card and Charge Card Membership.”
  6. Bank Danamon reserves the right to revise, amend, or supplement the Program’s terms. Any updates will be communicated through official Bank Danamon channels. Cardholders may object in writing within 30 (thirty) working days of receiving such updates. If no objection is received within this period, the changes will be deemed accepted.
  7. Cardholders may submit complaints regarding banking services or transactions through the nearest Bank Danamon branch, Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.

  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Agency guarantee.
  10. These terms comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those stipulated by the Financial Services Authority. 
     
     

NOTICE
Cardholders should be cautious of fraudulent activities by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering rewards in connection with the Program. Any fraudulent or criminal acts by third parties are beyond the control of Bank Danamon.
