The General Terms and Conditions of HUT RI 2025 Tactical Promo Program with Danamon Debit Card on Lazada (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) are the terms and conditions applicable to customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) who own and transact using card (“Cardholders”) who participate in HUT RI 2025 Tactical Promo Program with Danamon Debit Card on Lazada (“Program”) organized by Bank Danamon in collaboration with merchant partner PT Ecart Web Portal Indonesia (“Lazada”).

Cardholders hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program is valid from August 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (“Program Period”).

  1. Program Type and Name
    The program in question is that the Company provides a 17% discount with a maximum discount of IDR 80,000 to customers with a Danamon debit card.
  2. Participants Criteria
    The program is valid for Cardholders and BIN numbers as follows:

  3. Program Specification
    17% discount, with a maximum discount of IDR 80,000 for purchases made on the Lazada app.
  4. General Terms and Conditions of the Program
    1. Cardholders must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel Cardholders' participation in this Program if Cardholders do not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
    3. Cardholders are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands arising from their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
    4. The Program is valid with the following details:
      1. Discount program during the 2025 campaign is as follows:

    Program Scheme:

      1. The program is valid every day, including national holidays, during the Programme Period in accordance with the provisions in ;
      2. The program is not valid for multiple purchases;
      3. The program is valid for primary cards and additional cards;
      4. The program is not valid for purchases in the following categories:
        • Vouchers (Mobile Credit, Data, Gaming, Travel and Tours, Shopping, Event Tickets);
        • Top-ups (Mobile Credit, Data Packages, E-Money, Roaming);
        • Bills (PLN Electricity, BPJS, Telkom, PDAM, Postpaid, Loan Installments);
        • Tickets (Train, Airplane, Bus);
        • Entertainment (Game Vouchers, Local Deals, Event and Entertainment Tickets); and
        • Donations and Finance (Donations, Zakat, Business Loans).
      5. The program is only valid for one (1) transaction per day with one (1) Lazada user account;
      6. The program is valid from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. during the Program Period;
      7. The program is only valid for purchases using delivery services supported on the Lazada website or application;
      8. The program cannot be combined with other programmes and/or promotions;
      9. By making a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Cardholder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program. The transaction made by the Cardholder is valid proof of the Cardholder's participation in the Program and the Cardholder's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.

Cardholders will receive benefits from the Program when making purchases and payments on the Lazada website or app using a Card that is valid for this Program.

  1. Cardholders and/or Cardholders' representatives may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The complaint handling procedure can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services of the merchant partner are not the products and responsibility of Bank Danamon and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the merchant partner. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding the products, services, and/or Program, please contact the merchant partner concerned.
  2. Cardholders declare that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  3. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering, and/or other actions that are not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of Bank Danamon products/services, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the benefits of the Program for the relevant Cardholder. The Cardholder remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Banking Services Accounts of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk” and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the provisions of the aforementioned documents and the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Program shall prevail.
  5. The Cardholder hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, as well as other changes, the Cardholder has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Cardholder agrees that the Cardholder is deemed to have accepted such changes if the Cardholder does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Cardholder does not agree to such changes, the Cardholder has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all obligations of the Cardholder to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If any irregularities are found in relation to this Program or if fraud is suspected, Cardholders are advised to immediately notify Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Scheme.

WARNING
Cardholders must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by other parties/third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are outside the authority of Bank Danamon.
