Market Linked Deposit (MLD) Fresh Fund Program 2025

These General Terms and Conditions of MLD Fresh Fund 2025 (“General Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the MLD Fresh Fund Program 2025 (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”).

This program is held for New to Bank (NTB) customers and existing Bank Danamon (ETB) customers (“Customers”) who participate in MLD in USD currency with a 6 (six) month tenor offered during the Program Period using fresh fund sources in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The Customer hereby agrees and is bound by all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions as follows:

The Program Period starts from 17 June 2025 to 30 November 2025 (“Program Period”).

The program can be followed by customers who have registered with Bank Danamon (existing to Bank) or customers who will register as customers at the Bank who have or will have active Bank Danamon savings products in USD and IDR (not dormant/closed) during the Program Period ("Customers").

Customers can join the Program in the following ways:

  1. Customers meet the Program criteria;
  2. Participate in one of the 6 (six) month MLD USD tenors during the Program Period with a fresh fund source that complies with the Program Terms and Conditions below.
  1. Customers are required to understand and comprehend the participation requirements, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Program by reading these General Terms and Conditions and are required to understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions related to the MLD product by reading the Market Linked Deposit (MLD) Terms and Conditions.
  2. Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the General Terms and Conditions of the Program or there are other reasons for the rejection or cancellation.
  3. The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Customers must have an active USD and IDR account.
  5. Customers can participate in the Program with the following conditions:
    1. Customers are required to participate in the MLD USD tranche offered during the Program Period with a minimum participation amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars). Customers can participate more than USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) with a multiple participation amount of USD 1,000 (one thousand US Dollars) for a minimum tenor of 6 (six) months. (“MLD Transaction”);
    2. The funds used for the MLD Transaction must be fresh funds in either USD or IDR. Fresh funds are:
      (i) funds transferred from another bank.
      (ii) is not the result of product disbursement at Bank Danamon (funds resulting from product disbursement at Bank Danamon include but are not limited to mutual funds, bonds, term deposits or structured products).
      (iii) funds deposited in cash by Customers through Bank Danamon branch offices.
      which is effectively administered to the Customer's account no later than 7 (seven) calendar days before the MLD USD bookbuilding period begins, with the provision that the last day of MLD bookbuilding in this Program does not exceed the Program Period.
    3. Customers attach the following documents to the MLD Structured Product Participation Declaration Form:
      - MT 103 Evidence of Remittance, or
      - Proof of RTGS/SKN from another bank
      - Proof of cash deposit by Customer through Bank Danamon branch office
    4. For MLD Transactions, Customers will be given cashback of Rp1,000,000.00 (one million Rupiah) if the fresh fund is in USD (United States Dollar) or get cashback of Rp500,000.00 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) if the incoming fresh fund is in IDR (Rupiah). (“Cashback”)
    5. 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File) Customers are only entitled to receive a maximum of 1 (one) Cashback prize during the Program Period.
    6. The cashback prize quota is 74 Customers per month with a total of 444 Customers during the program period (“Cashback Quota”) with detail as below:

    7. If the remaining cashback prize quota is less than the number of program participants who meet the requirements as winners, then the winners who are entitled to receive cashback will be taken based on the order of bookbuilding that first entered the MLD blotter followed by the Customer.
  6. By carrying out MLD Transactions with fresh fund sources according to the attached evidence, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  7. The MLD Transaction constitutes valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

Customers who have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program and are included in the Cashback Quota are entitled to receive cashback as follows:

  1. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's active Rupiah account no later than 45 (forty-five) working days after the end of the MLD Transaction month.
  2. Cashback cannot be given if the customer's account is inactive, blocked, or in other conditions that prevent cashback crediting.
  3. Customer participation in this program is free of charge.
  4. Customers are fully responsible for tax obligations (if any) for cashback received in accordance with the tax provisions in force in Indonesia from time to time.

In June 2025, Customer A participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 with a bookbuilding period of June 16 – June 20, 2025, and a transaction date of June 24, 2025. The Customer then made a remittance to Bank Danamon in the amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) to participate in MLD USD Tranche 190 on June 16, 2025, and completed all the required MLD participation forms.

  • Customers are entitled to receive a cashback prize of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) for participating in MLD USD with incoming fresh funds in USD made by the Customer.
  • Cashback will be credited to the Customer's Rupiah Account (Danamon Lebih Rupiah or Danamon Lebih PRO Rupiah or other Rupiah savings accounts that are not recurring accounts) no later than 45 (forty five) working days from the end of the MLD USD Tranche 190 transaction month (or 45 (forty five) working days from June 30, 2025 (end of June 2025)).

In June 2025, Customer B participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 with a bookbuilding period of June 16 – June 20, 2025, and a transaction date of June 24, 2025. The Customer then made a remittance to Bank Danamon in the amount of IDR 170,000,000 (one hundred and seventy million Rupiah) which was then transacted to buy USD to be included in MLD USD Tranche 190 in the amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) on June 18, 2025, and completed all the required MLD participation forms.

  • Customers are entitled to receive a cashback prize of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) for participating in MLD USD with incoming fresh fund sources in Rupiah made by the Customer.
  • Cashback will be credited to the Customer's Rupiah Account (Danamon Lebih Rupiah or Danamon Lebih PRO Rupiah or other Rupiah savings accounts that are not recurring accounts) no later than 45 (forty-five) working days from the end of the MLD USD Tranche 190 transaction month (or 45 (forty-five) working days from June 30, 2025 (end of June 2025)).

In June 2025, Customer C participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 with a bookbuilding period of June 16–June 20, 2025, and a transaction date of June 24, 2025. Previously, the Customer had made a remittance to Bank Danamon in the amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) on June 10, 2025, and then the Customer participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 using these funds by completing all the required MLD participation forms.

  • Customers are entitled to receive a cashback prize of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) for participating in MLD USD with incoming fresh funds in USD made by the Customer.
  • Prizes will be credited to the Customer's Rupiah Account (Danamon Lebih Rupiah or Danamon Lebih PRO Rupiah or other Rupiah savings accounts that are not recurring accounts) no later than 45 (forty five) working days from the end of the MLD USD Tranche 190 transaction month (or 45 (forty five) working days from June 30, 2025 (end of June 2025)).

In June 2025, Customer D participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 with a bookbuilding period of June 16–June 20, 2025, and a transaction date of June 24, 2025. Previously, the Customer had made a remittance to Bank Danamon in the amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) on June 3, 2025, and then the Customer participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 using these funds by completing all the required MLD participation forms.

  • Customers are not entitled to receive a cashback prize of IDR 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah) for participating in MLD USD with fresh fund sources made by the Customer because the fresh fund funds entered the Customer's account at Bank Danamon more than 7 (seven) calendar days before the MLD Tranche 190 bookbuilding period began.

In June 2025, Customer E participated in MLD USD Tranche 190 with a bookbuilding period of June 16 – June 20, 2025, and a transaction date of June 24, 2025. Previously, the Customer had made a remittance to Bank Danamon in the amount of IDR 170,000,000 (one hundred and seventy million Rupiah) on June 23, 2025, and then the Customer wanted to participate in MLD USD Tranche 190 using the funds by purchasing USD in the amount of USD 10,000 (ten thousand US Dollars) and completing all the required MLD participation forms.

  • Customers are not entitled to receive a cashback prize of IDR 500,000 (five hundred thousand Rupiah) for participating in MLD USD with fresh fund sources made by the Customer because the fresh fund funds entered the Customer's account at Bank Danamon after the MLD Tranche 190 bookbuilding period participated in by the Customer ended.

  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via e-mail at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding Customer Complaints services can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to products, services and/or banking transactions, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, are declared to remain valid and binding on Customers and form an inseparable whole.
  2. General Terms and Conditions This program is an inseparable part of the "General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services", "General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products", and "Terms and Conditions for Market Linked Deposit (MLD)".
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/change/complete the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program can be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  4. The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are not permitted based on the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering crimes and/or actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of cashback to the Customer concerned. Customers are still required to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon.
  6. If there is a provision in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program which due to a Government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by law, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, and the other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as determined in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  7. General Terms and Conditions This program has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.
  8. Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee.
  9. These General Terms and Conditions are made in two languages (Indonesian and English). In the event of any difference in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version will apply.

 

WARNING
Beware of fraud. Make sure you are careful and not fooled by individuals who claim to be from Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by other/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
