These General Terms and Conditions of the MF Online Loyalty Campaign (“Program Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions that apply to Customers who meet the criteria to participate in the MF Online Loyalty Campaign (“Program”) organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”). Customers hereby agree and are bound by all provisions in the Program Terms and Conditions as follows:
The Program Period starts from 16 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 (“Program Period”).
Customers who are entitled to participate in this program are as follows:
Individual customers who have registered with Bank Danamon (existing to bank) or who will register with Bank Danamon (new to bank).
Hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

Before participating in the Program, Customers are required to read, understand and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs and other provisions of the Program and agree to the Program Terms and Conditions.

Bank Danamon has the right to reject or cancel the Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not fulfill the Program Terms and Conditions or there are other reasons for the rejection or cancellation.

The Customer is fully responsible for all risks of loss, demands, lawsuits and/or claims in connection with the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.

Customers make mutual fund purchases through the D-Bank PRO application, with the provision that if the Customer does not yet have a SID (single investor identification), the Customer can register the SID through a Bank Danamon branch office.

Customers can participate in the Program with the following provisions:

Customers who are eligible to participate in this program are customers who make mutual fund purchase transactions (subscriptions) through the D-Bank PRO application in accordance with the program provisions, including Bank Danamon employees, with the following prize provisions.

*Equity Funds: Mutual Funds that invest at least 80% of their portfolio in stocks.
**Balanced Funds: Mutual Funds that invest in stocks, bonds, and money markets.
***Fixed Income Funds: Mutual Funds that invest at least 80% of their portfolio in debt securities, such as government or corporate bonds.

The transaction value of purchase transactions that can be calculated into the purchase accumulation is at least IDR 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah) or USD 100 (one hundred US dollars) each month.

Cashback calculation method:

Bank Danamon will calculate the accumulation of mutual fund purchase transactions made by Customers at the end of each month during the Program Period.

Customers are entitled to receive cashback in accordance with the cashback tiering applicable to each type of equity, balanced, and fixed income mutual funds as stipulated in III.5 Program Terms and Conditions.

The amount of mutual fund purchases that is the basis for calculating cashback is in multiples of Rp. 1,000,000.00 (one million rupiah), rounded down.

The maximum cashback that customers can receive is IDR 1,000,000 per month per CIF.

Customers are entitled to receive benefits from the MF Online – Starter Program as long as they fulfill the terms and conditions of the program for the same fund placement.

Apart from the MF Online Starter Program, if the Customer makes a transaction that meets the Terms and Conditions of this Program and meets the Terms and Conditions of other programs, the Customer will only get the biggest prize or benefit, not cumulative.

Mutual fund products applicable to this Program are all mutual fund products, with the following provisions:

Does not apply to all money market mutual fund products

Specifically for equity mutual funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.75%.

Specifically for balance and fixed income mutual funds, the minimum subscription fee is 0.5%.

Specifically for mutual fund products from Manulife Asset Management Indonesia, the minimum fee provisions in points b and c do not apply.

Including any additional mutual fund products distributed by Bank Danamon in the future that meet the criteria in points a, b, and c above.

By making a Transaction and participating in the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to participate in the Program and is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions.

Prizes will be awarded within a maximum period of 45 (forty-five) working days from the end of the month of the Customer's transaction period.

Prizes in the form of cashback that will be credited directly to the customer's account.

Cashback will be credited to the Customer's active savings account in Rupiah currency according to the applicable program scheme.

In the case of mutual fund products purchased by the Customer denominated in USD, the Customer will receive cashback in Rupiah currency with the applicable exchange rate of IDR 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand Rupiah) per 1 (one) USD (United States Dollar).

In the event that the Customer's account is inactive, blocked or other conditions that prevent the crediting of Prizes, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the provision of prizes cannot be made.

Customer participation in this Program is free of charge and the Customer is fully responsible for tax obligations (if any) for the Cashback received in accordance with the tax provisions in force in Indonesia from time to time.

Illustration 1 – Customer A (Eligible for the program with accumulation < IDR 50,000,000)
Customer A made an accumulation of mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, namely purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus of IDR 20,000,000 on May 20, 2025 and Sucorinvest Monthly Income Fund IDR 5,000,000 on May 25, 2025.
In this illustration, all transactions from customer A are eligible to get cashback. With a total accumulation of IDR 25,000,000 will be multiplied by 0.1% (program scheme), so that in a maximum of 45 working days of the following month, a prize of IDR 25,000 will be credited to the customer's account.

Illustration 2 – Customer B (Meets program requirements with accumulation ≥ IDR 50,000,000)
Customer B made an accumulation of mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, namely purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus of IDR 24,500,000 on May 20, 2025 and Sucorinvest Monthly Income Fund of IDR 25,700,000 on May 25, 2025.
In this illustration, all transactions from customer B are eligible to get cashback, with a total accumulation of IDR 50,200,000 customers are eligible for cashback with a tiering of IDR 50,000,000 and above. Then IDR 24,500,000 will be rounded down to IDR 24,000,000 then multiplied by 0.5% and IDR 25,700,000 will be rounded down to IDR 25,000,000 then multiplied by 0.25% so that in a maximum of 45 working days the following month, a prize of IDR 182,500 will be credited to the customer's account.

Illustration 3 – Customer C (Not all products meet the program requirements)
Customer C made an accumulation of mutual fund transactions through D-Bank PRO, namely purchasing Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus of IDR 30,000,000 on May 20, 2025 and Schroder Dana Likuid of IDR 150,000,000 on May 25, 2025.
In this illustration, only Schroder Dana Prestasi Plus purchases are eligible to be included in the calculation because it is a type of Equity Mutual Fund, while Schroder Dana Likuid is a type of Money Market Mutual Fund. With a total accumulation of IDR 30,000,000, then IDR 30,000,000 will be multiplied by 0.1%, so that within a maximum of 45 working days of the following month, a prize of IDR 30,000 will be credited to the customer's account.

Other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services, as long as they are not regulated differently in the Program Terms and Conditions, are declared to remain valid and binding on Customers and form an inseparable part of the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Terms and Conditions is an inseparable part of the “General Terms and Conditions for PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk Accounts and Banking Services”, “General Terms and Conditions for Investment Products”, and “General Terms and Conditions for D-Bank PRO Services”.

The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon has the right to revise/change/complete the Program Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the Program Terms and Conditions will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms and conditions based on the Program Terms and Conditions, the Customer has the right to submit an objection in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the notification of the change made by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the change if the Customer does not submit an objection within the said period. If the Customer does not agree to the change, the Customer has the right to cancel the Program participation by first completing all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

The Customer declares that there are no and will not be any transactions that are suspected of being money laundering crimes and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

If there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, indications of money laundering and/or indications of actions that are not in accordance with laws and regulations, then Bank Danamon has the right to cancel transactions, cancel participation in the Program, or cancel the provision of Program prizes to the Customer concerned. The Customer is still required to pay off all obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).

If there is a provision in the Program Terms and Conditions which due to a Government or court decision is prohibited or cannot be implemented or becomes invalid or is declared null and void by law, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions in the Program Terms and Conditions, and the other provisions remain valid and binding and can be implemented as determined in the Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Terms and Conditions has been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations, including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

Bank Danamon is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in the Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.

This Program Terms and Conditions is made in two languages (Indonesian and English), in the event of any difference in meaning or interpretation between the two, the Indonesian version will apply.
WARNING
Beware of fraud. Make sure you are careful and not fooled by individuals who claim to be from Bank Danamon. Any form of fraud or other acts committed by other/third parties associated with this Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
