Semarak Nusantara Challenge

(“General Terms and Conditions”) These General Terms and Conditions apply to participants of the “Semarak Nusantara Challenge” Social Media Photo Competition Program (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank Danamon”) in collaboration with PT Brilio Ventura Indonesia (“Brilio”).

By participating in this Program, each participant agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions as follows:



The Program will run from August 11, 2025 to August 18, 2025 (“Program Period”).

  1. Indonesian citizens aged 18 years or older, residing in the Republic of Indonesia and holding a valid National Identity Card (KTP).
  2. Open to both Bank Danamon customers and non-customers.
  3. This program is not valid for employees of Bank Danamon and its group of companies.
  1. To participate in this program, participants are required to read and understand the general terms and conditions of the program.
  2. Participants agree that Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel their participation in this program if they do not meet the general terms and conditions.
  3. Participants are fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this program.
  4. Participants must follow the official Instagram account of Bank Danamon at @mydanamon.
  5. Participants must upload a photo via Instagram according to the following photo submission requirements:
    1. Upload a photo with a theme of independence featuring physical attributes of Bank Danamon and showcasing the cultural diversity of Indonesia. Editing the photo using the Bank Danamon logo is not allowed. (Bank Danamon attributes include: branch office logo, calendar, ATM, helmet, and others)
    2. Ensure the photo reflects the spirit of independence.
    3. Participants must write a caption that tells a story about Indonesia’s cultural diversity and relate it to Bank Danamon’s presence in supporting these cultural activities or values, in line with the spirit of Indonesia’s Independence Day.
    4. Participants must tag the photo and mention the Instagram accounts @mydanamon and @brilionet in the caption.
    5. Participants must use the hashtags #SemarakNusantaraChallenge and #DanamonHUTRI80 in the photo upload.
    6. Participants must tag the photo and mention three (3) friends’ Instagram accounts in the caption.
    7. Participants may upload more than one (1) photo.
    8. The photo uploaded must be the participant’s original work and must not contain elements of violence, pornography, SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations), offensive or political content, or violate the intellectual property rights of others or applicable laws.
  6. Each participant is only eligible to win once (1) during the Program Period.
  7. Participants are fully responsible for every photo they upload related to this program.
  8. Participants agree that Bank Danamon has the right to use the photos or uploads submitted by participants as content to be displayed on Bank Danamon’s available communication media.
  9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the program and comply with its general terms and conditions. The photos and uploads submitted by participants serve as valid proof of their participation in this program.
  1. Total of 30 (thirty) winners will be selected.
  2. Each winner will receive a cash prize of Rp500.000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah), which will be credited to the winner’s savings account at Bank Danamon.
  3. If a winner does not yet have a savings account at Bank Danamon, they must open one first. If the winner refuses to open a savings account at Bank Danamon, they will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the prize.
  4. Winners will be selected based on the most inspiring and unique photo and caption, as chosen by Bank Danamon and Brilio. The decision of Bank Danamon and Brilio regarding the selection of winners and the type of prize is final and cannot be contested.
  5. Winners will be announced on Bank Danamon’s Instagram account (@mydanamon) and Brilio’s Instagram account (@brilionet) no later than 7 (seven) working days after the end of the Program Period.
  6. Participants agree to be contacted by Bank Danamon and/or Brilio for the purpose of prize distribution.
  7. Winners must provide complete data and/or information to Bank Danamon and Brilio no later than 3 (three) calendar days after the winner announcement via direct message on Bank Danamon’s Instagram account (@mydanamon) and Brilio’s Instagram account (@brilionet).
  8. If a winner does not contact Bank Danamon via direct message on Instagram @mydanamon and Brilio (@brilionet), or fails to provide the required data and/or information within the specified time, the winner will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the prize.
  9. Prizes will only be awarded to winners after they have submitted the required data and/or information as requested by Bank Danamon and Brilio.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable to other parties.
  11. Prizes will be distributed no later than 2 (two) months after the winner’s data has been confirmed by Bank Danamon.
  12. Prize taxes will be borne by Bank Danamon.
  1. Any other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services not specifically regulated under these General Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and binding on the Participant and are considered an integral part of these Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Participants may submit complaints, either verbally or in writing, through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon at 1-500-090, or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  3. The procedures regarding Bank Danamon's customer complaint services can be accessed via the official website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  4. Participants declare that there are no and will be no transactions suspected of being related to money laundering and/or other prohibited activities under the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  5. If there is any indication of fraud, misconduct, abnormal transactions, money laundering, or actions that violate applicable laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, disqualify the Participant from the Program, and/or revoke the benefits of the Program for the concerned Participant. Participants remain obligated to fulfill any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  6. If there are any irregularities related to the Program or suspected fraudulent activities, Participants are encouraged to immediately report them to Hello Danamon at 1-500-090.
  7. Participants shall be fully responsible for and hereby release Bank Danamon from any claims, legal actions, or demands from any party (including the Participant themselves) and from any liabilities for losses and risks arising from the videos submitted in connection with this Program and/or any breach of these General Terms and Conditions.
  8. Participants agree and acknowledge that Bank Danamon has the right to revise, modify, or supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes, additions, or updates will be communicated through Bank Danamon’s available communication channels. If such changes involve benefits, risks, fees, or terms and conditions of the Program, Participants have the right to submit a written objection within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification. If no objection is received within that period, the Participant is deemed to have agreed to the changes. If the Participant does not agree to the changes, they may withdraw from the Program after settling any outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon (if any).
  9. These General Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  10. Any disputes or disagreements (“Dispute”) arising from or in connection with these General Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through deliberation and mutual consensus. If no agreement is reached within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the start of deliberations, the Dispute shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
  11. These General Terms and Conditions have been adjusted to comply with prevailing laws and regulations, including those of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  12. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan and Bank Indonesia, and is a participant in Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan.

 

Warning
Participants are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and offering prizes of any kind. Any fraud or other criminal acts carried out by third parties claiming to be affiliated with the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
