GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS of 100% CASHBACK PROGRAM
AT PASAR LEGENDARIS STADSKLOK

These General Terms and Conditions of the Program apply to customers participating in the 100% Cashback Program at Pasar Legendaris Stadsklok (“Program”), organized by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) in collaboration with Pasar Legendaris Stadsklok (“Pasar Legenda”).

By participating, the Customer agrees to and is bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

Program Period (“Program Period”) is from 9 to 14 September 2025

Eligible Customers for this Program are as follows:

  1. Customers of Bank Danamon who have the latest version of D-Bank PRO application and hold an active Danamon savings account and/or credit card during the Program Period.
  2. This Program is applicable to employees of Bank Danamon.

Hereinafter referred to as the (“Customer”).

  1. Prior to participating in the Program, the Customer is required to read, understand, and acknowledge the characteristics, benefits, risks, fees, and other provisions of the Program, and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to reject or cancel the Customer’s participation in the Program if the Customer does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer shall be fully responsible for any risks, losses, demands, lawsuits, and/or claims in connection with their participation and/or cancellation of participation in the Program.
  4. The program provides a 100% (one hundred percent) cashback with a maximum cashback amount of IDR 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah) ("Cashback Reward") for payment transactions made using the latest version of QRIS D-Bank PRO with a funding source from Danamon Savings Account and/or Danamon Credit Card ("Transaction")
  5. The Program applies to every transaction at participating brand merchants in the Pasar Legendaris Stadsklok (“Merchant”) with no minimum transaction, as follows:

  6. Participation in this Program is free of charge for the Customer.
  7. By conducting a transaction in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to participate in the Program and is bound by the Program's General Terms and Conditions. The transaction conducted by the Customer serves as valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and their agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Customer's account used for the Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) business days after the Program Period ends.
  2. For 1 (one) Customer Information File (CIF), the Customer is only entitled to receive the Cashback Reward a maximum of 1 (one) time per Merchant during the Program Period.
  3. The total quota for the Cashback Reward is 100 (one hundred) Transactions per Merchant during the Program Period ("Program Quota")
  4. The Bank will deposit any arising tax deductions (if applicable) for the Cashback Reward earnings to the authorized tax agency. All matters related to the calculation and reporting of taxes on the Cashback Reward received by the Customer are entirely the responsibility of the Customer (self-assessment basis).
  5. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Program Quota has been exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive the Cashback Reward.
  6. In the event that the Customer's account used to perform the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or has other conditions that prevent the crediting of the Cashback Reward, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the granting of the Cashback Reward cannot be carried out.
  1. Customers may submit complaints regarding banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office, via Hello Danamon (1-500-090), or by email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id yang tersedia 24 jam.
  2. The procedure for customer complaint services can be accessed through the website: https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The products and/or services from the Merchant are not the products or responsibility of the Bank and are therefore entirely the responsibility of the Merchant. Should any issues and/or complaints arise regarding the said products, services, and/or Program, please contact the relevant Merchant directly.
  2. The Customer declares that there are not and will not be any transactions indicated to be related to money laundering criminal acts and/or any other transactions not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  3. Should any indications of fraud, deceit, misuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering criminal acts, and/or any other actions not in accordance with applicable laws and regulations be found, the Bank is entitled to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the provision of Program benefits to the relevant Customer. The Customer remains obligated to settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  4. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program form an integral and inseparable part of the "Bank Danamon Account and Banking Services General Terms and Conditions" and the "D-Bank PRO General Terms and Conditions" and other terms and conditions related to banking products and/or services. In the event of any differences or conflicts between those provisions and these Program General Terms and Conditions, the Program General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Bank has the right to amend/change/supplement these General Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to these General Terms and Conditions will be notified via the Bank's available communication channels. In the event of changes to benefits, risks, fees, terms and conditions based on these General Terms and Conditions, and other changes, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to the Bank within 30 (thirty) business days from the date the notification of changes is made by the Bank via its communication channels. The Customer agrees that they are deemed to have accepted the changes if they do not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program, provided they first settle all their obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any provision in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program is prohibited or becomes unenforceable or void or is declared void by law due to a government or court ruling, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions in these General Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and binding and enforceable as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
  7. Should any irregularities relate to this Program be discovered or if fraud is suspected, the Customer is advised to immediately inform Hello Danamon.
  8. These General Terms and Conditions of the Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the provisions of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK regulations.
  9. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan - OJK and Bank Indonesia (BI) and is a participant of Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan - LPS.

WARNING
Customers must be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent Bank Danamon and promising Cashback in any form. Any fraud or other criminal acts committed by third parties in connection with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the authority of Bank Danamon.
