GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PIMA VENDING MACHINE PROGRAM

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program (‘General Terms and Conditions of the Program’) are the terms and conditions applicable to Customers participating in the PIMA Vending Machine Program organised by PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (‘Bank Danamon’).

Customers hereby agree and bind themselves to all provisions in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as follows:

The Program Period is from 16 July to 31 December 2025. (“Program Period”).

Customers who are eligible to participate in this Program are as follows:

  1. Danamon Bank customers who have the latest version of the D-Bank PRO app during the Program Period and have an active Danamon Bank savings account or Danamon Bank credit card.
  2. Customers who make QRIS transactions on Pi-Ma vending machines throughout Indonesia that have been designated as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.

The program does not apply to Bank Danamon employees, hereinafter referred to as (‘Customers’).

  1. Before participating in the Program, Customers must read, understand, and comprehend the characteristics, benefits, risks, costs, and other provisions of the Program and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Bank Danamon reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Customer's participation in this Program if the Customer does not meet the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. The Customer is solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to the Customer's participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. The Customer must have an account and be registered with the latest version of D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking Service.
  5. By conducting transactions in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program, the Customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the Program and to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program. The transactions conducted by the Customer constitute valid proof of the Customer's participation in the Program and the Customer's agreement to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  1. Customers will receive a reward if they have fulfilled the General Terms and Conditions of the Program as long as the quota is available.
  2. The reward scheme is in the form of a cashback (‘Reward’) of up to 69% with a maximum of IDR 6,900 (six thousand nine hundred).
  3. The Prize Quota as referred to above is regulated as follows:
    1. Customers are required to make transactions using the QRIS feature available on the latest version of the D-Bank PRO Mobile Banking app at Pi-Ma vending machines throughout Indonesia during the Program Period using funds from a Savings Account (“QRIS Debit”) and/or a Credit Card (“QRIS CC”) with no minimum transaction amount (“Transactions”).
    2. For 1 (one) CIF (Customer Information File), customers are only entitled to receive a maximum of 2 (two) prizes during the Program Period.
    3. The Cashback Quota is 12,000 (twelve thousand) transactions during the Program Period or 1,000 (one thousand) customers per month (‘Program Quota’).
  4. Cashback will be credited to the Customer's account used to make the Bank Transaction no later than 30 (thirty) working days after the Program Period in the month in which the Transaction was made ends.
  5. Participation in this Program is free of charge.
  6. The transaction verification process is the sole authority of Bank Danamon.
  7. The Customer understands and agrees that if the Cashback quota has been exhausted before the Program Period ends, the Customer will not receive any Cashback.
  8. In the event that the Customer's account used to make the Transaction is inactive, blocked, or in any other condition that prevents the crediting of Cashback, the Customer hereby acknowledges that the Cashback cannot be provided.
  1. Customers can submit complaints about banking products/services either verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank Danamon branch office or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. The procedure for customer complaints can be accessed through the website. https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. Other terms and conditions related to products, services, and/or banking transactions, as long as they are not regulated differently in the General Terms and Conditions of this Programme, shall remain in force and binding on the Customer and constitute an integral part thereof.
  2. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the “General Terms and Conditions of Bank Danamon Accounts and Banking Services”, the “General Terms and Conditions of D-Bank PRO latest version”. These terms and conditions remain in effect unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  3. The Customer hereby agrees and acknowledges that Bank Danamon reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at Bank Danamon. In the event of any changes to the benefits, risks, fees, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Customer has the right to submit a written objection to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by Bank Danamon through Bank Danamon's communication media. The Customer agrees that the Customer is deemed to have accepted the changes if the Customer does not submit an objection within the aforementioned period. If the Customer does not agree to the changes, the Customer has the right to cancel their participation in the Program by first settling all of the Customer's obligations to Bank Danamon (if any). The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions prohibited under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  4. The Customer agrees that Bank Danamon has the right to cancel the award of the Prize under this Program if the Customer fails to comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  5. The Customer declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are suspected of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  6. If there are indications of fraud, cheating and/or transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, Bank Danamon reserves the right to cancel the transaction, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the Cashback award to the Customer concerned. The Customer remains obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to Bank Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority.
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia and is a participant in the Deposit Insurance Scheme.
