Program Up to 20% (Twenty Percent) Bonus Conversion of D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points Into Enrich Points

The General Terms and Conditions of the Program Bonus up to 20% (Twenty Percent) for Converting D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points into Enrich Points (“General Terms and Conditions of the Program”) constitute the applicable terms and conditions for Program Participants who take part in the program Bonus up to 20% (Twenty Percent) for Converting D-Points or Membership Rewards® Points into Enrich Points (“Program”) organized by Malaysia Aviation Group (“Malaysia Airlines”).

Program Participants hereby agree to and are bound by all provisions set forth in these General Terms and Conditions of the Program as outlined below:

The Program will be conducted during the period from 15 July 2025 to 31 August 2025 (“Program Period”).

This Program is only open to Program Participants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Customers of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (“Bank”) who hold and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Cards, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum; and
  2. Registered Malaysia Airlines members who are enrolled in the loyalty and rewards program operated by Malaysia Airlines (“Enrich Points”) and possess a unique membership ID at the time of Program participation. If a Program Participant is not a registered Malaysia Airlines member during the Program Period, they must register as an Malaysia Airlines prior to joining the Program. Any membership registration completed after the Program Period will disqualify the Program Participant from participating in the Program (“Program Participant”)
  1. Program Participants must read and understand the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Program Participant’s participation in this Program if the Program Participant does not comply with the General Terms and Conditions of the Program.
  3. Program Participants are solely responsible for all risks of loss, claims, lawsuits, and/or demands related to their participation and/or cancellation of participation in this Program.
  4. Applicable to Program Participants who hold and transact using Danamon Grab Credit Cards, JCB Precious, Mastercard Platinum, Mastercard World, Mastercard World Business, Mastercard World Elite, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite, American Express Blue, American Express Gold; as well as Danamon American Express Green, American Express Gold, American Express Rose Gold, and American Express Platinum Charge Cards (“Cards”).
  5. Program Participants are subject to the Bank’s Enrich Points conversion structure and must successfully convert their points into Enrich Points via the Bank’s platform.
  6. Program Participants who meet the Program Terms and Conditions are entitled to receive a bonus of up to 20% (twenty percent) Enrich Points for each Program Participant during the Program Period based on the table below:

  7. There is no limit on the number of Enrich Points conversions that Program Participants can make during the Program Period.
  8. Bonus Enrich Points are calculated based on the Enrich Points converted and earned in accordance with the conversion rate set by the Bank.
  9. All Enrich Points bonuses earned under this Program will be credited to the Malaysia Airlines member account that meets the Program Terms and Conditions within 60 (sixty) working days (or such other period as Malaysia Airlines may deem appropriate) after the end of the Program Period, provided that Malaysia Airlines receives all information deemed necessary. This does not include invalid, cancelled, or exchanged conversions, for which no Enrich Points will be awarded to Program Participants under this Program.
  1. Program Participants may submit complaints regarding banking products/services verbally or in writing through the nearest Bank branch or Hello Danamon (1-500-090) or via email at hellodanamon@danamon.co.id.
  2. Procedures regarding complaint handling can be accessed via the website https://www.danamon.co.id/id/Personal/Lainnya/Proses-Penanganan-Keluhan-Nasabah.
  1. The General Terms and Conditions of this Program are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Bank Accounts and Banking Services of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card Membership, and the General Terms and Conditions of Danamon Credit Card and Charge Card Membership with American Express. These terms and conditions shall remain in effect unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions of this Program.
  2. Products, services and/or benefits provided by Malaysia Airlines are the responsibility of Malaysia Airlines, and are not the products and responsibility of the Bank. If there are any problems and/or complaints regarding these products, services and/or benefits, please contact Malaysia Airlines.
  3. Program Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that the Bank reserves the right to amend/change/supplement the General Terms and Conditions of this Program from time to time. Any changes/additions/updates to the General Terms and Conditions of this Program will be notified through the communication media available at the Bank. In the event of changes to the benefits, risks, costs, terms, and conditions based on the General Terms and Conditions of this Program, Program Participants have the right to submit their objections in writing to Bank Danamon within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of notification of such changes by the Bank through the Bank's communication media. Program Participants agree that Program Participants are deemed to have accepted such changes if they do not submit any objections within the aforementioned period. If Program Participants do not accept such changes, they have the right to cancel their participation in the Program after first settling all obligations of Program Participants to the Bank (if any).
  4. The Program Participant declares that there are no and will be no transactions that are indicative of money laundering and/or other transactions that are not permitted under the applicable laws and regulations of Indonesia.
  5. If there are indications of fraud, cheating, abuse, transaction irregularities, unusual transactions, money laundering and/or actions that are not in accordance with the laws and regulations, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the transaction, terminate the use of the Bank's products/services, cancel participation in the Program, and/or cancel the benefits of the Program for the Program Participant concerned. Program Participants remain obligated to settle all outstanding obligations to the Bank (if any).
  6. If any irregularities related to this Program are discovered or if any fraud is suspected, Program Participants are advised to immediately notify Hello Danamon.
  7. The General Terms and Conditions of the Program has been adjusted to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including provisions issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  8. PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia, and is a member of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) guarantee program.

Program Participants are advised to be cautious of fraud committed by individuals claiming to represent the Bank and offering prizes in any form. Any fraud or criminal acts committed by third parties associated with or claiming to represent the Program are beyond the Bank's authority.
